Oct 19th 2010 9:38AM I personally Find "Arthas: The Rise of the Lich King" to be just WArcraft 3, 2.0. While the writing style may or may not have been stellar (I form no opinion on that matter), I was rather bored with "Arthas". Probably because it was a game first, but when the scourge first hit, it was like.."oh..I've seen this before". It kind of annoyed me that it was a perfect version of the game, line for line, action for action. It felt like I was literally reading Warcraft 3's script.
just my 2 cents
Oct 15th 2010 9:23AM I wholeheartedly agree with you Matt. I had my first "real" test last night in ICC and I was a bit overwhelmed at first, and then disappointed, and then a whole host of emotion over the changes. I kept trying to spam Heroic Strike, and hitting Thunder Clap before Shockwave is a lot harder to do when you know you have to do it in that order and not in whatever order tickles your fancy at the time. It is probably just my inexperience with the new class, but last night I felt like a paladin (in the sense that I did not feel in control of any situation), and to me anyways, that was a very foreign and scary thing to realize.
Just my 2 cents.
Sep 19th 2010 5:44PM In my guild, we run with the idea of just "tank". no main tank or off tank. Just tank. We rotate them from each different role depending on the fight, (paladin for freedom on adds for rotface, or our death knight as the add tank on Lich King just to name a few). In our opinion (and its just that, an opinion) the term tank is a job to us that needs to get done more than a title.
Apr 8th 2010 7:04PM Yea but you can't be absolutely positive that the games will turn out like that. At 5a.m. the games are still usually 15/15. One could argue to server xfer to get the achievement, but I'm not going to server transfer just to get the achievement.

That is all.
Sep 2nd 2009 12:23AM as far as the complaint of the lack of horde books available most of you seem to forget about books such as "rise of the horde", "Lord of the clans". "cycle of hatred" granted is more neutral in the sense that it does have alliance characters in it (i.e. Jaina) but there is more horde lore in it than alliance. "tides of darkness" and "beyond the dark portal" again fall into the same boat as "cycle of hatred". There is a good chunk of alliance lore in them but there is equally as much horde lore in them. People are so eager to complain without bothering to think about what they are saying first.
Aug 25th 2009 7:24PM I dont...but I should. I've never been hacked but its always a possibility.
