Feb 3rd 2010 4:39PM @Ringo My apologies, that's not what I meant. I was mostly saying that due to Blizzcon's potential date; they do use Blizzcon to build up hype for their products, so I figured Cataclysm would fall after that.

As far as WoW goes, they've done November release dates, too, so just basing it off of past experience with the franchise. Who knows, it's totally possible they'll do something different and release in the summer -- when they release it doesn't affect me much other than how much time that gives me to get a new computer =X

Feb 3rd 2010 4:26PM I suspect Cataclysm will see a Christmas holiday launch, perhaps even November. They'll use Blizzcon to announce it, I'm sure. I don't see the incentive for releasing Cataclysm before then.
