Jun 11th 2011 2:37PM This expansion was somewhat painful by I had as much fun as I could. Right now, I still don't have my Tier 11 shoulders which I want very much! I think this is the first time it's been virutally impossible the get the gear I wanted.
That being said, I still enjoyed myself, most of my pains come from the people I raid with and how they treat me. I am definitely looking forward to Firelands. The new Tier looks great, and I can't wait to get into it; and can't wait for that "Refreshing" feeling that Matticus is talking about. It sounds like a drink of fresh water, and I could really use some fresh water right about now!
Feb 19th 2011 2:24PM The feeling I get is that Blizzard is fine tuning our abilities until they find the perfect balance. Nothing is ever perfect, but it can come close through trial and error.
I think the 1% increase in Disc's regen was totally in order, and if more adjustments need to be made, I have faith that the developers at Blizzard will make those adjustments to benefit the balance of the game while making it as fun as possible.
I do wish that I could throw my bubble more, but I can deal with the way things are right now, if the Bubble cost just a little less and absorbed for a little less, I'd be fine with it.
And of coarse, I always want more mana regen ;-)
Dec 6th 2010 4:36PM Sounds wonderful, I would love a gift :)
Can't wait for tonight!
Aug 10th 2010 3:02PM I would be more concerned with DPS getting upset about being Life Gripped as it could mess with their over-all DPS. I can see alot of DPS getting upset about being Life Gripped when they didn't want or need to be.
Aug 10th 2010 2:49PM Will the music still remain the same for Darkshore, Ashenvale, Teldrassil etc..? I love the music and soundtrack around that area so much, I am hoping it's preserved!! :)
Sep 1st 2009 3:17PM I would imagine the stat changes to gear are probably to level the playing field for all players on Blizzards part. Currently my main, a Discipline Priest has way less Spell Power than the Shamen on our team who is always raving about how high his crits hit for and how much spell power he has. Well, of coarse his heals are hitting for huge amounts he has something like 2800 spell power buffed, where as I have about 2200. When Blizzard removes the Spell Power stats and allows Intellect to drive it, it's going to allow people like me to get as much spell power as a Shamen has. I don't think they are necessarily trying to "Dumb-Down" the game, I think they are simply trying to make things more fair on a greater scale. If they had kept Armor Pen, and all of those other stats people would have been fine, for some people changing things won't make a difference anway... They don't have enough experience or do enough research to get the big picture of things anyway. Time will tell if these changes will effect things for the better, in the long run, I don't think it's going to hurt anything at all, especially not a persons intelligence - that's something that is driven by the person's brain, not Blizzard! :-)
