Sep 8th 2011 4:11PM Well, I feel I should put in my 2 cents. I have 7 85's at the time of posting, near on 8. I have maxed every single profession (primary and secondary, multiple times on many of them). I have to agree with an earlier post that recalls BC LW'ing fondly.

I still turn a gold or two with LW'ing, but truly, it's not worth my time at this point, because I can make far more money with any other maxed profession. (Second most useless profession for me is Blacksmithing).

Here's a small hint at making some quick gold at LW'ing... 1. You don't make quick gold with LW'ing, and 2. Drums of Speed (from BC) still work at level 85 and I've had a good deal of success making them for raids (though I reside on a large pop. server).

As far as skinning and LW'ing go, you are MORE LIKELY to make a profit watching the AH and buying out regular leathers at a low price and turning them into heavies. If 5 regular leathers are selling for cheaper than 1 heavy, then you'll turn a profit. Hell, just today, I made a 5g profit/heavy, and ended up selling over 1,000 heavies. All of this is under 2 hours. That's my suggestion to making money with LW'ing... convert leather for all the other poor schmucks who think it's a good idea to level LW'ing.

May 4th 2011 2:07PM Q for the Queue: There was a minor mention in one of the 4.2 patch previews of a Blue Dragonflight successor coming about. This one is two parts: Is there any precedent of this (read Nozdormu/Anachronos... has the torch with all the time-powery goodness actually passed) and do you think the Blue successor will gain the full powers of the crazy-as-a-frickin-loon Malygos?

I'm quite interested in this because it could be a huge difference if the Blue flight is only getting a nominal head or if they get the full powers involved. There's cases to be made both ways. We haven't TRULY seen a passing of the torch yet, so there remains great debate of it even being possible. But Alexstraza's vehement rage and near utter annihilation of the Black flight could point to a possibility of powers passing on to another in the flight. I guess we shall see soon enough, but what are The Queue's thoughts?

Feb 21st 2011 11:21AM Ouch... you're kidding me, right? Show some Alliance love... there has been lost ground because the new Warchief is far more aggressive than the "Live and let live" mentality that reigned over most of Thrall's time as Warchief. But you're obviously not playing the same expansion I am, if you think that the Alliance has become these mamby-pamby weak-willed louts that continuously get trounced. Been to Redridge lately? Seen any other of the characters Blizzard has been introducing throughout the questing experience showing how not just 1 member is carrying the Alliance, but many different brave individuals?

To say that the Alliance has been beaten up on this expansion is true. But to disrespect it like you have? I have to definitely disagree with that, and I tell you to go play Horde again and leave us Alliance fans with our still-reeling faction.
