Nov 8th 2011 6:36AM Yeah, but only after doing about a month's worth of dailies to unlock the vendor... in the same time you could have enough JP's to buy a full set of Shoulders, Chest, and Weapon for 9 alts.
Jul 5th 2011 1:14PM Since I live in Japan, Tuesday maintenance starts at 8-9pm for me (depending on time of year). That means Tuesday is a great night to go drinking after work.
Apr 26th 2011 1:01PM All of you hardcore players tend to forget that Blizzard is a FOR PROFIT business. There are far more casuals than hardcore players. The casuals pay the bills, like it or not, and if Blizzard can't make them happy, then they quit. I know all hardcore raiders and PVPers would love to see casuals go away, but then you won't have a game to play anymore or even if they manage to stay afloat, you won't be getting any of the development that you've become accustomed to.
Apr 26th 2011 11:58AM Not so Sam. Sure it will keep the higher geared players out of T1 heroics, but those are the same ones who are too often elitist pricks who criticize or even kick people who don't also have a full set of raid gear.
When I'm running a toon who's still gearing up, I say good riddance to these guys, we'll be able to run with others with similar needs and it should remove a lot of unnecessary stress for people in the old heroics.
Mar 20th 2011 10:31AM I was in a run healing Grim Batol on my druid, Friday March 11th.
I felt a little rumbling and announced in party chat "Earthquake". Really no big deal for me, I'm used to them, and it started small. A few moments later it was getting a bit stronger... I announced "hmmm, its kind of a big one". Soon after I was astonished by the length of this thing, though it still wasn't so serious... I announced "Holy *** This thing is still shaking"... just after that my power went out... group probably died, and I rode out the 9.0 Earthquake that hit Japan that day... It was quite an experience that I'm still here now to talk about.
Mar 8th 2011 4:27AM I don't tolerate the "leet" tanks who refuse to CC. I don't like drinking after every pull. I'll keep pushing the CC issue quite a bit... marking mobs myself, etc... if they still don't get the point I'll make the run as miserable as I can without getting myself kicked... for example letting a dps die once in a while, requiring a delay for rezzing, use lower powered drinks that take longer to restore my mana, etc. So, if you're having problems with your run, it may not actually be an unskilled healer, it may in fact be that you are an asshat tank or group who rubbed the healer the wrong way.
Oct 5th 2010 10:20AM Ended up with the Kodo on 2 toons, Ram on my DK who sits and collects dust (outside of holiday bosses), about 6 or 7 Tankards, Shanker on every toon who couldn't use it, not a single one on my Rogue, and a remote on every toon EXCEPT my 2 enchanters... so much for easier BRD shard farming.
Sep 21st 2010 10:35AM That's "reAgents" sol_assassin , not "regents". Its pronounced
\rē-ˈā-jənt\. Makes me crazy when I hear people on vent pronounce

May 18th 2010 12:06PM A nightmare tear in your beltbuckle slot means you've wasted a socket bonus somewhere else.
Beltbuckles are prismatic, so put your most beneficial gem in there, regardless of color. A nightmare tear can fill any color slot, so stick it in that blue slot where you would have normally ignored socket color and dismissed the socket bonus.
