Breakfast Topic: Which race has the best racial ability in the game? {WoW}

Jan 16th 2012 3:01PM I'm partial to my Draenai Dk Tank. I have the 4 set bonus raid finder tier which gives raid wide Vampiric Blood, which I almost always pair up with gift of the naaru on myself. With death strikes, and all my other healing... I have out healed healers. Since my racial heal is percentage based... using it while Vampiric Blood is up... gives me a massive self heal every cooldown.

Tho my druid has survived A LOT of badness with shadowmeld... I like my Draenai.

Drama Mamas: Love and marriage and WoW {WoW}

Nov 29th 2011 8:08AM Whats bothering me about this is this. I'm in 3 different guilds on my 3 mains. 2 raiding guilds, one far more serious than the other, and one that I co-gm with my boyfriend its a go at your own pace kind of guild for the few of us left over from an old guild that fell apart.

When I started dating my boyfriend, he was not interested in raiding and I was in one of the top raiding guilds on my server. When I told them my boyfriend was stuck in a dead guild, but wasn't interested in raiding due to his school schedule they OFFERED TO LET HIM IN AS A SOCIAL MEMBER because the guild is comprised of ADULTS who understand that couples want to be in the same guild and spend time doing the same things! WTF is wrong with this guild?!?!

That being said... the fact that he's ALLOWING (let alone my theory that he is behind the reason they didn't invite her, my guess is he doesn't want to share raiding time) his guild to snub his wife is unacceptable. And he needs to think about where his loyalty in and out of game lies.

Aug 10th 2011 9:58AM Update the moonkin form or allow the player to not be in it! I HATE staring at the back of that thing! Not to mention small rooms when I can't see past myself!

WoW Moviewatch: How to Tell If Your PUG Will Fail {WoW}

Jul 15th 2011 1:33PM I have come to the habit of voting for the groups I lead (as I'm usually tanking). "type 1 to kill [enter boss name here], 2 to skip" a couple pulls before the boss, if people haven't voted by then I assume they are passing the right to vote (or are not of legal age) and majority rules. I then say "motion to kill [insert boss name here] has passed/failed with # of votes. we kill/skip [insert boss name here]." it usually gets a chuckle, and allows the group to collectively decide.

Jul 12th 2011 8:45PM Lemme guess. Its the email account that you use for joystiq/wow insider. I too had troubles with that email.

More than a year ago I got all kinds of email returned to me, that was gold farmer spam. Meaning it was sent out from my gmail address. Google contacted me saying that my email account was accessed from an ip address in China. I totally checked out my phone and computer to find absolutely no malware or viruses. It was my main address which included wow, bank accounts and several other things attached to it. I moved everything but wow insider off of that account (it was the only one I couldn't figure out how to change the address on) So, I occasionally check in on that account when I'm commenting here.

A week ago I got an email from ACTUAL blizzard, that said "Thank you for opening a battle.net account, Zhang"... I am not Zhang... in any way shape or form. So in fear of them getting my other account since that email had previously been on my current account, again, I ran a complete virus/malware scan coming up empty handed, and I've changed that password at least 6 times (yes I have good passwords, not retarded ones) since the last time it was hacked. So nervous for my actual account (since it was attached to that email originally) I called Blizzard.

He said, that gold farmers hack into popular gaming sites and get email addresses from them to see if the email is available from battle.net. He didn't explain why. I asked if there was anything I could do to protect myself from these gold farmers using my email, he said use a junk email address for gaming websites. He assured me that no one would be allowed to open a battle.net on that email unless I confirm that it is actually me opening it.

I have never gotten a spam mail on the new email account I opened with my battle.net on it. Just had troubles with the one I use for this site. So forewarning. Be careful, gold farmers are watching.

Jul 9th 2011 6:54PM I was 4 years old, so it probably was a combination of playing with barbies, listening to sesame street records, and annoying the crap out of my big sisters, on that particular day.

Jul 5th 2011 12:50PM Yeah... you didn't read the whole post did you... You change your picture on the JOYSTICK page, not in the wowinsider site. I didn't have to go through all that, I just needed to log in on the joystick page and was able to change my profile from there.
