Nov 4th 2011 7:03PM A guildie saw me in kara a few months ago. He was new to the game and had never heard of that raid before. I told him why I was there and got on an alt to show him the way there and let him go in and try for the mount. I told him it was a very rare drop and he goes into Kara for the first time ever and wins the mount. He thought I was joking about it being rare. Made me so mad.

Nov 1st 2011 10:18AM Well, I will be playing both. I am a long time WOW fan, but am getting tired of the same old stale model. Well if "hanging out" in capitol cities is what gives you your jollies than I can suggest a "game" you may be very interested in. It's called Second life. I suggest you check it out because it's right up your ally. You just hang out in a virtual world and don't do anything else but chat. Me, I would rather be out killing dragons and saving villages that are actually in danger. But to each their own.
Nov 1st 2011 10:02AM Here is a crazy idea. Rather than "hanging out" in a central location, how about we actually go out into the "world" of Warcraft and play the game? Oh, that's right - Blizzard does not give us anything to do out in the world. There are no incentives. Should a game have to give you incentives to play it or should you want to play it because it's fun? GW2 can't get here soon enough.
Oct 21st 2011 3:28PM Same. My account expires in 2 weeks and I was not planning on re-subbing. I cant resist panda monks. I will be purchasing the year pass for free diablo and in game mount as well. Damn you Blizz you will take all my money!
Oct 21st 2011 12:50PM I agree 100%. Problem is Blizzard has a formula that has proven to work. I don't see them deviating from it in the slightest anytime soon. Innovating brings risks. And Blizzard is a very careful company that almost never takes risks. They need to shake it up for sure to keep people from leaving for the MMO's of the future.
Oct 12th 2011 1:53PM I like this idea - similar to how enchanting works in ES series.
Sep 30th 2011 10:14AM I've killed Anzu 632 times. Blizzard hates me.
Sep 20th 2011 10:00AM Yes - I'm the same way. All my friends got multiple rams and kodos and horseman's mount on every alt they own yet I can never get a single one on any alt. I truly believe that some accounts have higher odds of winning rare mounts and others have very low odds. My account just cant win.
