1) As someone else already suggested, your nightmare tear should be used in one blue spot to gain the best bonus you can get from one blue slot. *Do not put it in your belt buckle!*
2) The boot enchants that give a speed boost (Cat's Swiftness or Tuskarr's Vitality) are very good raid enchants. Get where you're going faster, drop fewer auto-shots.
3) If you're focused on raiding ICC, wouldn't Scourgebane be the better 2H weapon enchant?
