Mar 10th 2011 8:11AM So, loyalty is gone? Meh. Like it's been stated before, we stopped caring about loyalty after pet talents got revamped.
I do think BM needs more bonuses to how pets work; the current relationship they have is nice, but sadly there's a pvp issue. The stronger the pet is, the bigger the advantage that team has by having the extra player.. and the weaker the hunter is without a pet.

I actually looked at our call stats at one of my previous jobs. In a given hour, we had over 1000 customers call, 900-ish were just to place orders. 100 or so were complaints, the rest were inquiries or compliments. Out of those hundred, not every one was a liar.. and yea, I agree, you can tell when someone is pushing for more than they deserve, but the numbers don't lie either.
Had similar numbers cited to me at another job too. Maybe it's just Canada where the amount of people out to game the system are low.
Mar 9th 2011 10:54AM Anyone who's worked in customer service ought to know that less than 1 in 100 complaints are people lying/pranking/being asses.
Yes, it's fine that doing is against the rules.. but we won't see a massive decrease in wait times if it stops because there are a lot of legitimate complaints very likely in the queue. A better way to reduce wait times: stop being self-centered and jerks to other people*. Bugs are beyond our control, but people harassing one another, stealing/ninjaing, talking in public channels like it's their frat house during a kegger, that kind of stuff does get reported and clogs up the system.
*note, this was spoken in a general context. I in no way accuse anyone in particular of being rude or selfish. But it does happen.
Feb 10th 2011 10:45PM You mean like charging for 4.1.x as opposed to a free content patch?
Otherwise, they already do charge for "extra content".. they are called expansions, of which Cataclysm is number 3.
Jan 26th 2011 10:14PM The keyring UI is horribly outdated and honestly? Not even used anymore. Keys went the way of the dodo when we left Outlands and set our sights on Northrend. It, like weapon skill, has become dated mechanical throwback that hardly has a place in WoW anymore. I can't remember a time I've gotten an actual key that wasn't a temporary quest item in the last 2-3 years.
Dec 31st 2010 12:29PM oh yea

Dec 24th 2010 10:45AM Merry Xmas everyone!
Dec 24th 2010 9:58AM Merry Xmas WoW Insider!
Dec 15th 2010 11:30AM I'd not be so annoyed by the loss of portal hubs like Shattrath and Dalaran.. if getting to/from the new zones wasn't so tedious as well.
