Dec 1st 2009 4:58PM I'm not sure where I heard this, so don't hold me to it, but I read that goblins will be building their city in Azshara, and it'll be directly connected to Orgrimmar, making it rather similar in size and scope to the Worgen district that'll be added to Stormwind. Again, though, don't take this information for fact.
Nov 29th 2009 11:16AM Digital wizardry, perhaps? After all, the guy who played Gimli in LotR was taller than the actors for Legolas and Aragorn.
Really, I'm just going to go for any excuse to get Mr. Rossi to play a dwarf.
Nov 28th 2009 5:15PM Dear Mr. Rossi,
Play a dwarf in the upcoming Warcraft movie.
Everyone who has seen that picture.
Nov 23rd 2009 6:11PM The Bioware game I refer to is Dragon Age: Origins, for clarification.
Nov 23rd 2009 4:55PM "The reason Blizzard is not representing Gay/Bi/Transgender characters in lore is that any company in their right mind stays out of that Bee's Nest."
Apparently Bioware isn't in their right minds, as there are two companions in that game that you can have a homosexual relationship with (Lelianna and Zevran). It's a pretty great step forward for homosexuality's presence in games, I think, and I'm glad Bioware had the guts to do it.
Except that they made the gay guy the elf. That in no way helps fight stereotypes. :P
Nov 11th 2009 6:53AM "He may have obsessive compulsive disorder. Or, as we physicians like to call it, the 'OC disorder'."
"Don't call it that."
Nov 9th 2009 6:53PM Wow, a lot of people missing this. There are two aspects to the Shaman class: the elements and spirits. The spirit shoveltusks and the general look of this set reflects this, and personally, I'm really happy Blizzard finally made a set for the spirit side of the class.
Of course, I won't complain when we're back to our regularly scheduled program of giant floating rocks on our shoulders. Those things are awesome.
