Jan 28th 2009 9:17AM I had a pair of PaperDenim that I loved, but unfortunately I wore them out.
May 5th 2008 11:04AM I'm currently rehabing (is that a word) a blown knee. Pictures of the bodybuilding show I competed in last year keep me motivated.
Feb 14th 2008 3:13PM Samus is a good one.
Jul 31st 2007 5:11PM My favorite scene is when the general is back with more troops from Sparta after Leonidas and the first group of 300 have been killed; when he tells the new army about what happened, about how few stood against many and all that. . .
Mar 12th 2006 2:45PM I've been playing WoW since shortly after the release. I have 60 druid and a 58 Hunter. The upcoming nerf to Hunters is the final straw for me. I think I've had enough and plan on deleting my characters once the patch goes into effect. From what I'm reading on the forums; I'm not the only one. Expect to see a dramatic dimunition in the Hunter population. Cheers to WoW; thanks for giving me a reason to give it up.
Feb 21st 2006 11:21AM Rofl, how can I get a negative star rating?
Jan 27th 2006 2:09PM I dont think there are really any hard and fast rules for dueling. I've been playing WOW since a couple of months after the release and I've engaged in literally hundreds of duels. I have three lvl 60 characters, two AF, one Horde, on three different servers.
If someone uses a Pot (Potion) during the duel health/mana, I'm not gonna say they cheated, but I probably will throw up a "lol, pots?" Bandadges on the other hand are generally considered fair game, and even as a healer class (two 60 druids) I almost always use a bandage in a duel.
As a 300 Engi, I also have several little tricks that sometims piss people off. Is it fair to mindcontrol someone off a ledge or hit em with a deathray? Maybe, but it sure is damn funny. Generally, I wont use engi items and I never use pots. If some idiot keeps spamming duel messages at me, I'm gonna use all my engi tricks to pwn them though.
Finally, I would say that you can use whatever you want in duels, but expect to catch some grief for using those pots.
Jan 12th 2006 1:50PM I am frequent reader of joystiq and also a resident and attorney in Knoxville, Tennessee (please dont tell anyone that I lost their case because of that AF raid in Alterac Valley last night).
I am glad that the rest of your readers has had a chance to see the shoddy journalism that we have become accoustomed to here in Knoxville.
