May 19th 2011 10:27AM That's an interesting quest actually. You have two choices... To kill them, or "pick" them and let them run for safety.
I chose the latter.
Mar 13th 2011 1:53PM Yeah, but sometimes you have to know when to blend the two to make a better story ;)
Mar 13th 2011 1:27PM Maybe for non-RPers, but with as little lore as we have with this, those of us RPing Gilnean Druids sort of have to reach for this stuff and grab hold of it >
Mar 13th 2011 12:48PM Sacco, if I remember correctly, you learn Cat form before hooking up with the Night Elves.
Jan 3rd 2011 9:46AM Certain class/spec builds can flourish in fights that you'll lose DPS on due to movement or mechanics. When running with my guildies, I try not to take the numbers of a single run too seriously, to be accurate you need to look at the data from multiple runs.
On a good day I can do about 12k in my mixed normal/heroic gear. Last night I was only doing about 10k because I'm currently sick and I wasn't really "in the mode". I haven't had a chance to test this in 10m yet, but I suspect the human element is a large variable in the DPS done per class per spec.
Jan 3rd 2011 9:41AM I've been raiding as Survival since Ulduar, in my raid group I managed to generally be top DPS. At the time, I understood that MM definitely had better DPS if you were able to gear correctly, but with my casual raiding schedule, it wasn't an option to attempt to get the proper gear.
If I remember correctly, the SV mastery also effects Black Arrow *and* Explosive shot, which is likely a reason to not switch us to the physical crit multiplier.
I would really like to see MM DPS become less dependent on rotation, not by a lot mind you, but at least enough to keep you from absolutely wrecking your DPS if you miss a single steady shot.
I haven't played with BM enough in dungeons or raids to offer an accurate opinion of how the spec is doing. It's my PvE leveling spec and in a questing environment, it's fantastic.

Dec 30th 2010 12:58PM Hmm, maybe. Even if we do get "nerfed" it probably won't be too terrible, hooray SV :3
Dec 30th 2010 10:56AM I'm not sure if they'll actually nerf SV; It's doing the damage it needs to do in heroic dungeons, more if you know what you're doing, at least, that was the impression I got from GC's post the other day. I have a feeling they're going to buff BM and MM and just get them balanced.
Dec 22nd 2010 10:02AM Happy Holidays to everybody :)
