Aug 15th 2010 11:54AM Ally Wong... Blizzard should really go after that person... Owns a bunch of the top ranked servers (xtremetop100.com rankings)
When i was broke in college i played on UndamedWoW (owned by said person above) and ended up being GM... Me and the rest of my staff ended up every month getting crap from the owners because we werent getting as much donations as their other servers (anything less than $1000+ a week and we got complained to alot)
go go blizzard ban hammer on Ally Wong next. or just go look at xtremetop100.com and just go through all the top servers on there because theyre all making alot of money.... Blizzard could have a hay day with that lol
May 9th 2010 5:24AM What do I miss? Summoning a doomgaurd. You know when he hazardous to pull out because someone had to die. Not only someone having to die but the fact that if you were with a bunch of really annoying people, you could always just summon him and watch him beat the unholy crap out of everyone to show your dislike for their actions. Sure it may be immature, but it was always worth it to see that annoying little "let me tell you how to play your class" person get owned.
R.I.P. Doomgaurd death spree
May 6th 2010 8:35PM During my stay as a GM on a private realm whilst looking for new places for custom instances we found StormwindPrison UNUSED. It is located in Stormwind. It has the same entrance way as the normal Stockades except for that on retail there is no way to get to it because it is gated off. However the unused stormwindprison in comparison to the one available on retail is approximately 3 times as large as it has multiple floors to each hallway. Not sure if the overhaul is going to make all the places listed as UNUSED become like the instance that we found. But it would make sense though as the coding is still there and merely just replaced with new zones. I doubt Blizzard would actually delete all of the places as they currently are now as there has been much work put into them. However to simply move them and make them no longer accessible to players when the new areas are released would seem like a much more viable option as it still allows them to pull coding and whatnot from what they already have to help better the new places
Sep 29th 2009 9:19AM I have mixed feelings about the new PVP brackets and systems. I like the fact that I can go into an AV with a full group of level 80s *praying they dont afkave* and have it seem like its an equal match overall with everyone being at the same level hence determining the winner by coordination and player skill. However I have noticed on my battlegroup that ever since the patch, AV has had 1 game maybe 2 popping at a time if that. We used to run cross server premade matches all day long with 50 ppl in queue tryin to get in and another 20-30 sitting in the waiting room in vent hoping someone would drop so they could join the fun. Now were lucky to have 5-10 people sitting in vent waiting to run. As much as I love alterac valley and like the new set up with the brackets, it seems on my battlegroup, the feeling isnt shared.
