As far as the power supply goes, I'm with a few other commenters and I would not recommend using a 400w power supply for any gaming build. 500w would be the bare minimum for a system like this, but more importantly, anybody buying a PSU should definitely do their homework. Look around online for reviews of the power supply you're purchasing and check the manufacturer's warranty. Companies that have good warranties (5 years +) are much more likely to have a quality product that you will not have issues with.
The other important thing that I think you should mention is motherboard mounting. When I was younger and building my first PCs, I probably fried two or three motherboards before it was engraved in my skull how to properly mount a motherboard. If you improperly mount a motherboard, you're likely to fry it and could possible kill anything attached to it.
