Feb 18th 2012 11:43AM I use the iron because it's short. Occasionally, if you land on a property with houses or a hotel, and your opponent is sitting across the game board from that property, there's a chance they might not notice you're there and not realize to collect rent. My sisters are on to me with this trick, but when playing with other people, I'm surprised how often I get unnoticed.
Feb 15th 2012 9:28PM All the town clocks
and marching soldier's socks.
I say, "Let's go, let's go, let's go
to this magic wonder show".
Feb 11th 2012 9:00AM I agree with Olivia on Duskwood. Since I discovered it on my very first toon, it has become a required zone for me on all Alliance toons. The atmosphere was so awesome that I didn't really mind having to run alllll the way back to Darkshire all the time (before Cata). After Cata, and they put a flight master in Raven Hill? Hell ya!
Feb 9th 2012 10:20PM There is one specifically for the Chef's Hat. Didn't they just talk about it last week?
Jan 29th 2012 9:57AM As a healer... in the beginning of Wrath... first hallway of Utgarde Keep as level 70's and 71's. Hardest part of the instance.
Jan 13th 2012 10:26PM I inadvertently caused loot drama with my husband's raiding guild once. Early WotLK, they wanted to go back into Naxx 25 late in the week, but didn't have enough people online, so my husband volunteered me as one of the pugs. Being a holy priest, they were happy enough to include another healer.
Anyhow, a pally/priest/warlock token drops, and I get the high roll. There was about 5 minutes of silence in raid chat, and finally the GM/raid leader whispers me that this time, I will get the token, but going forward I would not be eligible for token rolls unless I joined the guild. I agreed, considering that was fair enough. I understand there were some people very put out by this, though I didn't learn about it till the following day. From then on, I made it a point to politely decline any further raid invites (I wasn't really looking to raid in the first place, and didn't want my presence to bring any negative vibes to a group where someone was still pissy.)
Jan 10th 2012 9:56PM We've got nothing better to do...
Jan 9th 2012 10:26PM I think she meant the neighborhood kid who came to the door, in her example. Not her own kids.
Jan 7th 2012 11:11AM Agreed with Jacob. I'm female, and while the majority of my toons are female, I roll whatever looks cool to me. I do notice that more of my Alliance toons are female, while more of my Horde toons are male.
All my dwarves used to be exclusively male (due to the fact that female dwarves could not have beards too) until I saw a dwarf female caster with the two braids in back... watching her two braids do the spinning thing while she casted inspired me to roll a dwarf shaman. :)
Jan 3rd 2012 10:23PM I like purple and green together (also with black) because those are Maleficent colors. And Maleficent was the most badass fairy ever.
