Nov 29th 2011 11:11AM I haven't heard otherwise for these new dungeons, but this is the way it was for Za/ZG and the other cata heroics, so I would assume the lock out system in place will remain the same.
In so far as, doing the dungeon AT ALL, be it through random dungeon finder or specifically queueing, you will then be saved to it.
However, you will still be able to do the dungeon again within that same 24hr lockout if you are queueing for RANDOM dungeons.
Long story short, if you want to do this with your buddies, do not let them do them randomly during the day, unless you intend on queueing for randoms tonight and don't mind what order you get them/how many times, etc.

I couldn't find any PTR changes to LoD, the ptr wowhead tooltip u linked looked identical to the live one. I couldn't find any mention of a change on mmochampion either. I'm excited if there is a change/tweak; what change is there? i haven't been on the PTR unfortunately.

Sep 20th 2011 3:59PM To be honest, I'm a little upset with these nerfs too. This is the current content we're talking about, and it's getting a sunwell/icc style nerfing. At least leave the Heroic modes alone like you did for the last tier.
My guild recently moved to 25 man for this tier (albeit, a decision we've arguably regretted) and we're only 3/7 HM. Had we stayed 10m i think we'd be 6/7 HM but that's beside the point. The point is, I want to beat the content as Blizzard intended; I want to beat the same content that paragon beat, even if I'm a few months behind them. I don't want to beat 15% easier bosses. Last night we just gave up on doing our heroic domo attempts because we knew these nerfs were coming today. That almost made me sick to my stomach, as over dramatic as that is.
These kind of nerfs completely trivialize the current effort we're putting into this tier, which I don't need to remind anyone again, is still the current tier and likely will be for a few more months.
And I understand nerfing normals if they don't feel like enough guilds are able to see the current content. But really, Hard modes don't need this kind of massive adjustment. Let us step up to the challenge! :)
Sep 2nd 2011 10:31AM Woah. If you love Joss, you should watch Firefly immediately. It has all his witty style from buffy but in a fantastic fantasy/semi-postapocalyptic setting. The characters make it too, they're excellent. Go go. What are you waiting for!

Remember the Holy Shield change last week that got reverted almost immediately?

May 24th 2011 11:19AM Considering the Call to Arms bug; I've queued as a tank solo several times since patch for the Call to Arms (CtA) and have occasionally/often had people drop, but I have always received a satchel at the end.
What might actually be happening: I notice that I'll open the Dungeon finder window, and the CtA for healer will be up one second, then if I close and re open it'll be down. I've even re-opened it a third or fourth time, to find the healer role back "up" as the CtA. The tank CtA is almost always up for me. Keep this in mind.
The cause of this bug could be that the Call to Arms for healers goes "down" while you are in the dungeon, and re-queue; and therefore, since healers at that specific time are not the CtA role, you are not getting a satchel. That seems a more likely bug.
All speculation of course, and a nasty bug to boot if it is happening widespread to players. As I noted, when tanking, I personally have never been shorted a satchel, even after a dps drops group and we re-queue, which is nearly every run (since people often run for only 1 piece of loot on one boss).
