Jan 5th 2010 12:58AM lol i did the same thing as a fellow rogue but i put a lil twist on it. before each leader got pelted i /yelled "SIC SEMPER TYRANIS!!!" if you havent watched that episode of The Whitest Kids You Know do so. funnier than hell.
Oct 23rd 2009 2:18AM lol i totally agree. i am the only sub rogue i know. i have been sub since lvl 10 so its kinda fun to watch the bandwagon crowd go from spec to spec. currently the few rogues left are the the same exact assassin/combat build. with other classes DPS being achieved with alot less work then us rogues alot of players on my server are dropping their alts in favor of the other classes. my bet is come cataclysm the rogue population will experience another boom with goblins and worgen making great rogue races.
Oct 20th 2009 2:35AM Here's an idea i had awhile back when i was thinking of a similar guild leveling system to the one Blizz implemented: If i wear the Ebon Blade tabbard in a dungeon i am championing their cause and gain reputation with them because of it. Why not have an incentive to wear your guild tabbard? Wearing it during raids will allow you to gain exp for your guild. The more Guild members you have wearing tabbards in a raid the bigger the gain. This will allow the truly hardcore members of the guild to gain rep even while doing pugs as they are in effect representing their guild. While a full on guild raid would bring in even more exp as all the members would be contributing. This could also apply to PVP and solo questing. It would also give guild tabbards a use besides aesthetics.
well at least i think it would be cool. BTW guild airship battles might just possibly be the coolest idea for wow ever. just saying.
Oct 20th 2009 2:25AM its called path of the titans and from the sounds of it it will do just that.
Oct 15th 2009 12:58AM *sniff* *sniff* A killer after my own heart. and here i was thinking i was the only Sub Dagger rogue left. well met sir, well met.
Oct 15th 2009 12:49AM damn i coulda swore i hit reply. meant to reply to Rocksane's comment about rogues needing daggers instead of swords on pg 2
Oct 15th 2009 12:47AM Hear hear! Stabby class needs stabby weapons.
Oct 13th 2009 3:43AM lol i see alot of people talking about how much impact the numbers have and it made me realize: we gamers are totally and completely addicted to numbers. think about it. you pick different classes to get different numbers in different ways (healing, killing, ect). you bust your ass to get good gear that has better numbers so your numbers look better. all of your characters "stats" are just numbers. killing things consists of doing enough damage numbers to it. hell even the games superficial reward system boils down to achievement points. and if you really want to get technical your playing this on a computer that speaks Binary. thats a hell of an addiction to have when most of us don't even like math.
