Sep 24th 2010 1:52PM The last time I was logged in to the beta I recall seeing Azuremyst/Bloodmyst as an option to fly to from the mainland. I didn't try to go there because I was in Gadgetzan at the time.

People like to understand WHY they have to change the way they do something, especially when the change doesn't 'appear' to make any sense. If all the writers LOVED their blog being called WoW Insider so much why didn't they just change a few graphics on the site (which they did) and go back to advertising the site as being wowinsider.com? Why this whole 'joystiq' thing? I think that's what's confusing people. Especially when the new address doesn't even contain the word 'insider' which they are using to differentiate the 'new-old' blog name from the 'old-new' one.
I personally dislike and avoid domain names that are intentionally spelled wrong. They're confusing and a good address is supposed to be the opposite of that, concise and accurate. I personally will continue to use wowinsider.com until it stops working and then I might try to remember/figure out how to access the blog, or I might not.
Jul 19th 2010 2:19PM Near real-time intra-site data replication rocks for situations like this.
Jul 14th 2010 2:02PM Hopefully they will be able to handle it like the alliance/horde parts of Dalaran. If you try to enter but you don't have the expansion you just get ported to a nearby graveyard outside the zone or something.

If you're working on this quest chain and have an X-53 Touring Rocket it's lots of fun to offer rides to people and /wave at them as they plummet to their death in the twisting nether when your 2 seater flying rocket turns into a nether drake. I was mildly horrified the first time it happened when I was trying to help a low level friend explore Outland. It's just funny now. :)
Jan 26th 2010 4:15PM I have a premium account because I know it isn't cheap running a site like curse and I can afford to choose to help support them monetarily. It isn't a requirement but I appreciate that they offer me a little extra convenience for my support. I do the same with wowhead. It's worth the price to not have to see ads.
