Mar 8th 2011 2:08PM There's actually a difference in meaning between champing & chomping.
Chomping just means chewing. A cow lazily chewing it's cud could be considered Chomping.
Champing implies anxiousness or impatience. A horse anxiously waiting to get out of his stall might be Champing.
Which one sounds more like a gamer waiting for the next content patch for their favorite game? :-)
Oct 31st 2010 2:08PM Hmmm... it seems some of us are too late. Trying to rename my water elemental gets the following error message "Your pet can't be renamed".
So they fix this before fixing the missing Mage Armor glyph and Epic Gem Transmute recipes?
Mar 15th 2010 2:46PM Thanks Frostheim, I'll check that article out.
Gotta say... you're one of the most accurate WoW bloggers I know of... I've seen so many that get corrected by their readers... You're on top of the data!
Mar 15th 2010 2:07PM Frostheim, you mentioned talking more about 'movement management' in Marksman 101... Could you please expand on that? I'm thinking of switching from Survival to Marksman.
Also, is there a general gear rating for when it makes sense to switch from SV to MM?
Nov 5th 2009 8:21PM I think you meant
"After that each attack is reduced by 20% during the 30 seconds Kill Command is in effect."
"After that each attack is reduced by 20 seconds during the 30 seconds Kill Command is in effect."
Oct 28th 2009 3:41PM Holy crap! I had no idea my fellow enchanters felt so entitled. Mining nodes and herbs are far from equivalent to gear drops in instances. The idea that Enchanters are more deserving of drops that are not worth equipping just because they can get more value out of them than other party members is just insane.
I dropped 300 alchemy and hit 450 Enchanting in a couple days. It was expensive. Deal with it.
I'm perfectly happy to roll on everything and DE what I win. I'll also DE gear for others in my party, just like I'll port them, JC for them, etc. at no cost. They're in my party. Party members help each other out.
Aug 17th 2009 8:10PM I typically believe in acquiring pets through in-game questing/buying/rare drop/etc. Not as much a fan of pets anyone can get with real world cash or by just 'being there'. How many pull their polar bear cubs out? Yeah, that pet's way more common, but neither are much of an achievement.
As for buying the stream for the info-value? WoW will be only a part of it and I'm sure it'll be covered just fine by everyone there.
May 17th 2006 4:45PM There is a major issue with this survey: It doesn't differentiate rudeness from road rage. I think they're completely different things.
Road Rage comes about where people get set off too easily. Rudeness is the lack of politeness or courtesy.
I've driven in cities all over the country and now live in the Seattle area. I think Seattle is the least courteous of them all. It's an insidious, meek, passive aggressive type of rudeness where people don?t care about letting others in and are incredibly unaware of what?s going on around them.
