Breakfast Topic: What class puts you at ease? {WoW}

Feb 25th 2011 10:27AM Personally, I love to see a shadow priest as a DPS. They have excellent single target DPS and could off heal if they switch specs

The Queue: President's Day {WoW}

Feb 21st 2011 10:07PM Why is it that when I ride my Nether Rays, since Cata came out, they all instantly go pretty much below my action bar? All I can see while riding is my character (excuse my dirty sounding phrasing) going up and down, up and down while flying. I want to fly them around and show off my flying shrimp, but I cant even see it flying!

Upcoming healer changes {WoW}

Feb 16th 2011 10:46PM Totally agreed with Twill!

Using 35% of your mana for a tiny initial heal on a tank that has 143K hp and an itsy bitsy HoT really does suck. And typing that I realised how it's pretty much the worst heal we have thanks to Cata.

Yay for wasting mana!

Music in World of Warcraft: What does it mean to you? {WoW}

Feb 15th 2011 5:59PM If you listen to the Civ 4 thing then its kind of like an opera, climaxing at parts and fading at others while there isnt neccisarily voices singing

Music in World of Warcraft: What does it mean to you? {WoW}

Feb 15th 2011 5:58PM I absolutly LOVE the music in WoW! Sometimes I just sit at the login screen listening to the music for a while, especially after all the scary, world destroying music Cata brought, the smoother, gentler stuff is amazingly beautiful and tranquil.
This being said, (and this part of my comment might better fit under the "What should WoW impliment from other games?" article), but I think WoW should let us listen to some music from other zones or the login screen, such as Runescape lets you do. I dont play it anymore, but I liked that feature of Runescape :)

The Queue: Even though I am better than you, I am not {WoW}

Feb 13th 2011 3:22PM Actually, has anyone remembered that organisms can start developing on their own once the situation is right? Not EVERYTHING was made by the Titans, the Trolls more than likely just evolved from one celled organisms like many of the plant life on the planet. The Trolls lived for thousands of year until a group of them made their way to the Well, where they were given magical abilities and took a huge step in evolution by becoming Night Elves. Eventually the Highborn, as we all know, made the entire well explode, splitting Kalimdor into three seperate landmasses, and the majority of the Highborn washed up on the shores of northern Lordaeron, what came to be known as Quel'Thalas.

They gave up Elune entirely and were so dependant on the Well of Eternity that they lost their immortality (this was before the Night Elves lost theirs), they shrunk in height, and their skin became that of a Dwarf or Human. Ergo, we now have what we call, Blood Elves.
Trolls > Night Elves > Blood Elves, simple as that!

As to the aforementioned statement earlier about Humans and Vrykul, this is true also. 15,000 years ago was when the Titans gave up on the Vrykul and their children started getting born smaller and weaker, eventually ending up as little humans. Ymiron wanted them all dead, but not ever parent listened and some sent their children far away (I assume to the Eastern Kingdomes) to grow up, where they did, bred, and founded their own nations and civilizations.

Hope this has helped clear a lot of things up! :)

Breakfast Topic: Should WoW bring back attunements? {WoW}

Feb 9th 2011 4:24PM Attunements were fun, but they were way too freakin rediculously long! The lore was what I loved the most, and Id gladly do them if there were only 2 or 3 quests to get it!
Bring them back, make them shorter.

Feb 5th 2011 3:57PM I know the Blizz questions have been going for the past 3 or 4 queues, but I was wondering if the big shots, the devs, are like they are as South Park portrayed them (yes, I know its just a TV show, and about 75% of everything that happened ingame there cant happen ingame)? Do they think WoW is just for people with no life, or do some if not most of them actually play their own MMORPG?

The Queue: Historical figure {WoW}

Feb 5th 2011 1:03AM Can the Queue answer me one measly question:
Sometimes, Blizz, I swear to C'Thun.....
