Jan 9th 2010 11:27PM "C. Christian Moore: Leveling up a level 60 paladin twink for AV. He's already 51. The instance leveling nerf wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, he's at /9 hours played. :D 45-64 are the easiest levels tho, so he should be 60 in probably ~11 or possibly ~12 hours played. IRL, it's the wife and I's engagement anniversary (as well as her birthday) so we'll be spending a lot of time together. Update: 11 hours, 53 minutes. Level 60 paladin is gonna start gearing up now to own some noobs in AV. :D"
Level 60 in 12 hours?? Could you please explain how you accomplished this? All of your leveling was through instances? Did you use RAF? Did you grant any RAF levels to this paladin? Could you explain also why 45-64 are the easiest levels?
Nov 30th 2009 9:50PM To clarify, revenue can be thought of the gold you rake in from selling your gems on the AH.
Earnings, can be thought of as the gold you rake in from selling your gems minus the gold you paid for the ore you prospected to get the gems.
Nov 30th 2009 9:37PM The information in this article is incorrect, although you probably just thought revenue is the same thing as earnings. The 3.7, 42.2 and 59.8 million are all revenues, not earnings as you have incorrectly labeled.
Please don't write an article if you don't even understand what you are writing about.
"Their revenues were posted at $3.7 million, a significant drop from their second quarter earnings which was pegged at $42.2 million (while they still held the license). Last year, The9 reported earnings of $59.8 million."
Oct 22nd 2009 3:44PM It's perfectly fine to come up with your own specs that you feel are more fun to you. It may not be the optimal spec, but you like it and that's fine.
However, DO NOT come to my 25 man Heroic ToC with your spec because you will be booted instantly. DO NOT apply to my progression guild with your spec because you will be rejected instantly.
The point is that you should play with people who are similar to you. If you are hardcore and want progression, don't play with the fun loving, less optimal specced people. If you are the fun loving and less optimal specced character, don't play with the fully optimized and min/maxed player.
There is no need to insult either side, just realize you are different and are not forced to play with each other. Go about your own way but don't come into other people's territories and criticize.
PS: I just don't get one thing. There are so many players who take less optimal talent choices for increased survivability or utility. How come I never see any mages or rogues with Stamina gems? Doesn't that increase survivability too?
