Feb 11th 2007 10:29AM Aldor. As a cloth wearing priest tailor, I can get the thread to sew into my pants once I hit exalted (or revered, can't remember which). +51 to healing added to your pants. Nuff said.
Dec 4th 2006 10:44AM One swiftness potion a piece to my real life friends. I've got an alt with low level alchemy so I get a profession point for each one I make. I've been casing Ashenvale for swiftthistle all during November. Any Horde on Dragonmaw that saw "Splintertree Post is under attack!" around Thanksgiving, yep, that was me. Doing some hit and runs when I got bored.
Sep 26th 2006 4:46PM I am a notoriously slow leveler, due to RL commitments. I really wanted to get to 60, but with my 1st character (a warrior) I eventually got fed up with the fact that I couldn't get enough levels to hit any raid content at all. i stopped out of frustration at lvl 38 and retired her.
WoW seems to be kind of a catch-22 to me, in that as I slowly increase in level closer to the raid dungeons, they keep making more raid content so in theory I'll never see it all! So as I progress, the amount of unseen content seems to increase!
One of my favorite books is Catch-22 by Joseph Heller. Yossarian can't ever get home because as he gets close to the number of successful missions to leave, the Army increases the number needed to go home. Snowden is the poor fellow who got a tourniquet on his arm while he bled to death from his guts falling on the floor of his bomber's fuselage. Poor guy. Kinda like the feeling of not getting any new 5-man content for us lowbies since 2005. I feel kinship with both of them, and Yossarian was already taken. So Snowden it is.
Sep 18th 2006 11:38AM The Necklace quest in Uldaman, no question Three! different trips in there, with a special vial to use that only has 4 charges. All for a lousy necklace that isn't as good as the Triune Amulet you get from the easier and smaller SM Cathedral.
