Jan 30th 2011 11:27AM I really really agree with this. My opinion is that blizzard should throw a little encouragement towards people talking people on their own servers more if they are going to make the content more challenging. Even them just making a big announcement and adding in the old options like the daily heroic and global lfg channel would be huge steps in this direction. I notice in their design philosophy they omitted raids from the battlegroups. I'm pretty sure they did this at the time because they felt like raids required too much coordination for that to be successful.

Dec 7th 2010 3:05PM WANT!
Jun 27th 2010 12:11PM I just got this last night. Stats are worse than what I had prior, but my shadow priest looks like the grim reaper now! I'll take it!
Mar 11th 2010 2:26PM It's a shame they don't put dps heals in the game. I loved that flavor on my shadow priest back in vanilla. DPS numbers were not as high, but it added a really distinct feel for that spec. I feel at this point the game has just gotten too honed in with being a "master" of one of the 3 roles and there's very little room for interesting niches like this.
Mar 4th 2010 5:00PM To me it seems like a simple fix much the same as dual spec. The fact that so many people are stuck facing the choice of "raiding guild" vs "a guild with friends" seems so silly to me when it would be pretty easy to just implement a system that lets them be a part of 2 guilds at once. I think back to vanilla and having to spend 50g any time I wanted to have fun in battlegrounds because "that's the way is", but dual spec has showed us that really it doesn't have to be that way. A lot of us enjoy multiple facets of the game, and convincing our friends to have the same end game ambitions isn't really fair. There really should be something in place to keep tight the connections we want while working towards the content we are interested in.
Mar 3rd 2010 1:18PM YES! For me it is hard to get on consistently enough to raid regularly so I miss a lot of that part of the game. Back in vanilla 5 mans were kind of their own progression and were big enough and hard enough to really keep you occupied for a good long time even though there was less of them at end game. BC did the right thing with introducing heroics, but the heroics now are sooooo easy that it makes me feel like I'm grinding.
Jan 13th 2010 3:38PM Thank god for a shadow priest writer!
Jan 5th 2010 1:47PM I agree completely. I loved the fact that this encounter posed a challenge the first couple times through. Was the first time in a long time I have had to do something besides spam AOE. I understand nerfing it on regular but on heroic? Oh well.....
