The accusations: Where's the proof? She bugged out and reset at 1%, someone popped a SS and killed her. From BOTH chat logs it sounds exactly that way. I'm not saying Nihilum can do no wrong but this sounds like sour grapes from an ex-member.

Quick correction: MMO-Champ didn't get those items from PTR kills (AFAIK no-one killed Essence on the PTR), they were dug up from item IDs as soon as a few pieces drops from a boss they can work out a pretty accurate list of that bosses' drops.

May 31st 2007 8:02AM @1: Archimonde does a huge knock up effect, requiring you to use an item one of the NPCs gives you. Sitting in the well (ergo: under the tree) would negate that whole aspect of the fight. It's nothing to do with lore, just the mechanics of the fight.
@3: What new lore is in Hyjal Summit? Play WC3, it's the same thing.

It's removed on death, on zone out, etc. These weapons are purely in order to make the raid able to kill Kael by avoiding abilities. It's easier to think of them as physical buffs that have a direct function.

Arms: Talent that slows weapon speed and increases top-end by 1/2%. Improved Bloodrage deals the health cost as a DOT (anti-sheep).
Fury: Crits proc a -Threat%, -Armour that does little but stacks high. Feign-like move with moderate CD (1/2min).
Prot: Haggle, -10/20/30% Repair bills. An on-use ability that gives AP from your +Def.
Arcane: Haste instead of slow, short term buff (5-15min) on party members that can proc +X% casting speed.
Fire: Phoenix, passive pet that deals good damage, is reborn on death after X seconds. Gives the mage Unreal Heat debuff that lowers their own damage X% to balance.
