Spiritual Guidance: Macros for healing priests {WoW}

Apr 18th 2011 8:44PM Thanks for the macro for Guardian Spirit. I am constantly growling at the screen when it is a smidge too late and ends up on me instead! I set it up a bit ago and tested. Oops.. it no longer allowed me to Right Click to self-cast. That is something I definately need! So... I added a line.. :)

12 Days of Winter Veil Giveaway Day 1: $100 MMO-Mumble code {WoW}

Dec 22nd 2010 6:21PM Nice.. I've been considering giving this a try before my Vent is up for renewal.

Drama Mamas: Friends fight and the guild suffers {WoW}

Sep 3rd 2010 3:39PM I completely disagree with the Mamas this time around. Well, I agree that /gquitting in the heat of the moment was bad, but that is all.

This is a REAL friend that the person obviously has a history with. Give him a call and apologize for any offense (real or imagined) that may have taken place.. and make sure he knows that the friendship is more important than the guild. If he doesn't wish to speak yet, respect that. Perhaps let the wife know the same message and let it be known that the door is open to talk when he is ready.

Once communication is open again, THEN discuss the guild issue. Be sure it is clear that the friendship comes first. Then decide together, as friends, if playing together is a good or bad idea.

As far as people bashing this guy.. Remember, we hear one side here. Taking the stance of so-and-so is a whatever doesn't help to resolve anything.

Addon Spotlight: Helpers for priest healers {WoW}

Aug 5th 2010 5:09PM In regards to PoMTracker no longer working.. I currently use the one that was linked here in the article. It is actually "Prayer of Mending Tracker (PoMTracker)". It DOES work, even tho it has not been updated in a very long time.

There is another addon out there called "PoMTracker" that was discontinued by the creator. Some can still use it and others can't.

WoW Moviewatch: Druid Boy {WoW}

Jul 21st 2010 2:20PM It sounds like the artist attempted to mix up the voice and play with it to make herself sound better.. to the point where it is extremely difficult to even understand. :(

Official forum changes, real life names to be displayed {WoW}

Jul 6th 2010 5:24PM I have worked in the online industry my entire professional life.. and every organization I have worked with had a privacy policy. We were not allowed to ever give out the real name or contact info for any other employee or member... or we were fired. Period. There are very real reasons for having these policies in place. All it takes is one mentally instable person to get someone's real name.. One.

As a female gamer, I already get too many weird and disgusting messages IN game. I sure as heck don't want these people having any knowledge of who I am behind the screen. All they need to know is that I am a good raider, know my job, do it well.. and they enjoy spending a few hours with me during the week IN GAME.

I am also very concerned regarding the minors. I have a 16 year old female neice that plays with her own account. She's been instructed in the dangers of giving out information.. last name, address, phone #, etc. And now Blizzard, a once respected company, is going to just throw the last names out there for everyone to see?

Find some other way to deal with the trolls!

Remember.. it just takes ONE.
