Bashiok on BlizzCon: "It makes sense to focus our efforts" {WoW}

Jan 25th 2012 7:21PM "Watch for the esports convention thing to be in asia. You heard it here first."

Actually I heard it first yesterday when Blizzard announced that it would be in Asia. But either way I can tell that you are very good at detecting these things...

"In aspect of the dragons or the shattering can't remeber which one
you see a group of Orcs who s implied were working for Garosh kill and
skin a couple of NE and then left their skins hanging"

Those Orcs were meant to looks like agents of Garrosh, but were indeed
members of the Twilight's Hammer.

"and then there is the whole celebration that goes on Ogrimmar in
which Tauren participate and do so proudly."

That celebration was for the returning Heroes coming home from the
Northrend campaign.

"Then there is the attack on Ashevale."

Ashenvale is right next to Orgimmar, Durrotar, and the Barrens. Of
course the Horde is going to invade it for it's resources, that's not
evil, that's just expansion for the good of the Horde.
In fact, in one Horde quest you help taint the heart of Ashenvale, a
truly evil deed, and Garrosh almost kills you himself when he finds
out.
Besides, the Night Elves have almost destroyed Azeroth so many times
over that I think its easy to agree that they deserve to stay on their
little island off the coast. Ashenvale belongs to the Horde.

(Got cut off)

"And with the forthcoming attack on Theramore most likely being Horde derived I stand by my point."

I see a lot of people getting angry about this, but in a time of War destroying Theramore is one of the most logical things the Horde can do. It was through Theramore that Alliance forces invaded the Southern barrens and its Theramore that is invading the south of Durrotar as well at the Northern Barrens just south of Ratchet. I think its pretty clear that Theramore has to go.

I have to disagree with you. The Alliance may have been able to move in on the Undercity in a matter of hours back during Wrath, but that was while the Forsaken had a very large potion of their army in Northrend and were in the middle of a coup de tat. Since then the Forsaken has grown massively in numbers and territory, and has a pretty devastating plague that they have no qualms using. On top of that, the blood elves came to the Forsaken for help because they couldn't deal with the undead and the plague wreaking havoc on them in the Ghostlands, something they are still not ready to combat without help of Sylvanes, let alone fight against her doing the same thing.

All in all, I don't see the Blood Elves having much reason to leave the Horde, and I don't see the Forsaken as an enemy that can be taken lightly at all. They've become one of the most devastating armies on the face of Azeroth. Whether or not that’s in the Hordes favor is yet to be seen.
