Jun 29th 2007 9:47AM since you are discussing group utility, it seems almost silly not to discuss the void, succ, and imp group utility buffs:
the void's torment reduces the target's chance to hit by 3% i believe. Succubus' soothing kiss slow's down attack speed on your target by 30% i think. And the imp fire shield is 30 FR.
My numbers may be off, but you can do the research since you're writing the article. While the buffs and abilities are not always used, they can really help out sometimes in difficult situations.

Jun 12th 2007 9:39AM The big difference was that you could capture the horde's aid station in stealth before and you couldn't get the alliance one do to mob placement. This made it incredibly easy for a couple alliance rogues to take over the closest GY to the keep and bum rush straight through all the checkpoints.
That has changed as of 2.1 i believe so now it is a little more level, but the fairness of the map is a good question. It does seem though that devs are working to make it more level even though the minor thing mentioned above took a couple years.

my lvl 70 is sitting at 8.2k unbuffed in 825 shadow dmg....

Feb 6th 2007 9:54AM To the comment on helping casters in your group, you can take warlocks out of your fanclub.
I have a 70 UD lock with about 810 unbuffed +shadow dmg and about 200 BUFFED spirit. Being that IDS is based off your targets spirit, the extra 20 dmg really isn't a big deal to me and would rather have a kickin renew thrown on me that hits hard so i can lifetap away :)
