I wish when they made the Old-World fishing and cooking quests you would actually need to travel across Azeroth to fish up something special. Much more along the lines of fishing during TBC... I fondly remember heading to Nagrand to fish up the one that got away. Send me to fish something up in the Burning Steps, or in some falls in Winterspring or Stranglethorn. I don't know if its lacking imagination of the devs, or an INCREASINGLY lazy player base, but either way its a disappointment to me.
May 31st 2010 2:16AM Oh good. Another new RPer who comes to a server, and claims everyone around him is "doing it wrong." How entirely unoriginal.
May 13th 2010 5:40PM Erm... sorry. I read the last bit now. I'm too quick to react sometimes, and too slow to read.
May 13th 2010 5:37PM Right, but I presume it will NEED to be your battlenet e-mail, since it is a battlenet feature. Consequently, if you have been careful not to give your friends your battlenet email, now you are going to have to. As a blogger trying to keep your identity safe you should be concerned.
May 4th 2010 10:15AM In reading through the comments to this well reasoned (and well written) argument, I must say that I am slightly confused by the banter about OP in PvE. Balance in PvP is quite understandably a concern... if you come up against a class that seems to be vastly superior, it can be frustrating.
HOWEVER! Op in PvE content? When I'm running dungeons or raids, I hope another class is OP. If they top me on the meter, oh well... the point is bringing the big baddy down. Of course I'm used to being slightly underpowered (in my opinion) as I am a Prot / Arms warrior.
Apr 23rd 2010 9:11PM Fully agreed... I can tell you that in my experience it is wonderful at lower brackets, and horribly painful at level-cap. Granting gear through these instances that vastly surpasses the gear needed to run them has created an ugly run nine times of ten. Even running the normals from 70-79 is a semi-enjoyable experience, and seems to cause Pugs to work together. Heroics at 80 has devolved into whine fests and ego contests... and there is really no need to do anything but throttle through them.

Apr 13th 2010 10:51AM Snackey the gnome Rogue is still sitting in Warsong Gulch at level 19, waiting for a little pony. Aw! C'mon! Just give him teh poniez!
Apr 12th 2010 5:17PM No, fail is what you do in most battlegroups.
