Dec 20th 2010 7:36AM From the words "I saw only darkness", "I see only darkness before me" we could speculate that there is no such thing as afterlife perfectly divided to "hell" and "heaven". But there is a questline in Icecrown's Crusader's Pinnacle begining with quest named "A Tale of Valor". In it we are to find crusader Brindenbrad that carries plague of undeath and soon will turn to scourge. Then we are trying to find a cure for him, we look for help in red dragonflight, druids of Moonglade and finally while these 2 methods fail we speak to naaru A'dal located in Shattarah City. He of course agrees to help us. While we return to plagued crusader we find that naaru is allready there and he brought two of his friends with him (K'uri and M'ori) than this convesation happens:
A'dal says: Fear not, young one, for this crusader shall not taste death.
A'dal says: In life, Bridenbrad was the bearer of great deeds. Now, in passing, he shall taste only paradise.
A'dal says: The light does not abandon its champions.
We now know that there is a "good" afterlife in Azeroth world. But what about that "nothingness" that Sylvanas was talking about. Is it hell? Or maybe its a place that all "the damned" go? And hell is made by Burning Legion?
Blizzard have begun one more of their great stories. For now we can only speculate how will it look in the future.
PS: In eastern plaguelands there is an npc Argent Apothecary Judkins, a forsaken that once served Sylvanass. Here is an interesting quest that he gives:
"I once worked for the so-called "Banshee-Queen", Sylvanas, as an apothecary. I used to admire her, but something's changed within her. She's not herself anymore.
I broke my vows with the Forsaken and joined the Crusade. Now, I use my knowledge of alchemy to seek a counter-plague agent. And the Plaguewood is the perfect place to do so..."
"...something's changed within her. She's not herself anymore. ..." Why she changed? Is the revenge that have done it to her? Or perhaps she has other not known to us problems? Maybe Bolvar's will have been broken and she's hearing Ner'zul's whispers as Arthas did. We can only speculate but one thing is sure: she is never going to be the our beloved Sylvanas as she was before.
Nov 8th 2010 3:13PM Well, I've noticed new cultist in SW, they're walking randomly talking about world's end and other.
But in fact I cant get the "tablets" quest. Gavan appears to not have any quests for me.
Maybe they changed the some things in this 2-part 2nd phase.
Nov 1st 2010 6:27AM I KNEW IT!!!! I suspected Magatha Grimtotem from the very begining! I knew that she will try to gain the throne by killing Cairne! !YES! I feel so awesome now XD
