Mar 16th 2011 11:11PM Why on earth would they rename it?
Yes, the tsunami that hit Japan was a horrible disaster, but its not like it was the first of its kind (there was the one in 2004, for a recent example). If you rename it, might as well change the names of Darkmoon Card: Earthquake (the earthquake that caused said tsunami), Darkmoon Card: Hurricane (Hurricane Katrina), Darkmoon Card: Volcano (Mount Vesuvius taking out Pompeii, or other volcanos that cause destruction elsewhere that I can't recall), and lord knows what else.
There's being PC, and then there's overkill.
Mar 9th 2011 1:47PM Not all of Silverpine, but the portion just north of the Wall did use to belong to Gilneas (and Crowley). Shadowfang Keep, Pyrewood Village too. And at least some of their owners are still alive, so they do kinda have a claim to it still.
Feb 18th 2011 10:54PM Although I do like Gallywix now (didn't before this, but I still question Thrall's letting him remain in power. Seriously, what?), I have to agree with Blizzard going to take him out somehow. It just seems set up for it.
Also, elsewhere I saw a suggestion that seems kinda neat. The idea was that Mida is really Nessa Maldy undercover. It makes for an interesting idea.
Jan 20th 2011 7:58PM That seems stupidly high for a single stack of embersilk. Maybe its just good luck on my part, but I'm really rolling in the stuff (leveling alts helps, I'll admit). I guess they just don't want it to be that easy to buy, but still...
Well, not like I'll buy it from it anyway. Just an idle thought.
Jan 19th 2011 5:06AM A-derp. This was meant to be in reply to Kyreene. Weird, I did click the reply button for his/her post. Ah well.
Jan 19th 2011 5:05AM Kyreene is talking about adding an epic drop to each fo the final bosses in each heroic instance, which honestly isn't that bad an idea. Its something Blizzard did in both TBC and Wrath (so saying that he was too used to "being spoonfed gear from the Wrath days isn't exactly true) and is, I think, a little surprising.
That said, I do agree with the shards being really rare at this point in time (though my enchanting alt also gnashes her teeth at the thought of not having them for a while, heh).
Jan 4th 2011 7:13AM Bet it was. All I can say is good riddance. Took Blizzard long enough to fix that.
Dec 27th 2010 11:39PM Still no fix for the Baradin Warden guards?
Dec 6th 2010 4:46PM Might as well enter. I don't have good luck, but that doesn't mean I won't try!
Nov 16th 2010 8:07PM Best Buy has a forum?
huh. Learn something new every day.
Anyway, bit annoying that they're holding it outside of the world of warcraft site/message board, but whatever, will be interesting to see what is asked/answered.
