[Updated] On the second day of giveaways, BioWare gave to me... {Massively}

Dec 14th 2011 9:02PM I'm excited to finally be able to play a Jedi Guardian sometime soon. I know Jedi are probably going to be the most played characters, but I don't really mind that : this will be my Jedi, and I'm going to have a blast.

On the first day of giveaways, Turbine gave to me... [Updated] {Massively}

Dec 13th 2011 9:31AM Hmm...instead of buying SWTOR next week, I'd probably just play LOTRO again! Too hard to pass up a deal that good, especially when the game attached to it is pretty good as well.

GDC Online 2011: BioWare's Damion Schubert takes a wrecking ball to the casual vs. hardcore model {Massively}

Oct 13th 2011 10:59AM "Endgame presents a whole new batch of potential pain points, such as a player hitting a progression wall or a feeling of extreme repetition. It's here, Schubert argues, that devs need to give players as much variety as possible so that choice can relieve these instances of pain instead of forcing a confrontation between the pain and that player's investment."

Devs really should start putting as much effort as possible into this. As players, we've grown to figure out leveling, and even if there are twenty zones to level through, we will eventually hit that cap and then be stuck going, "Now what?" Not everybody wants to do daily quests or the same dungeon every night. Repeatable, different content would be amazing.

Hyperspace Beacon: Timeline {Massively}

Sep 27th 2011 9:18PM Less than three months to go...

One thing that kinda bothers me about the extended universe of Star Wars is the sheer time frame - 20,000-10,000 years is a long freaking time. Even in our real world, we are only 2,000-4,000 years removed from the "ancient" world. I might just have to let out a laugh if we run into ruins somewhere that are 15,000 years old.

This RIFT 1.5 update trailer is approved for all audiences {Massively}

Sep 27th 2011 9:12PM I resubbed just to check this patch out. Rift really is looking better and better with each patch, and was a great game at launch, so the future is looking pretty bright to me despite some tough competition coming up.

Props to Trion for constantly improving their game.

SWTOR shows us how to level like a Smuggler {Massively}

Sep 9th 2011 6:55PM It might look slow. It might look different. Whatever it is, I want to play it. Now.

[Updated] Guild Wars 2 Charr plushies on sale now, but you can win one free from Massively! {Massively}

Sep 9th 2011 12:10PM My wife just started playing Pokemon not too long ago. It all started when she got a Pokemon toy from McDonalds earlier this year and wanted to try one of the games. She's hooked.

Massively, by gifting me this Charr plushie, you could be the catalyst for my wife playing not only GW2 next year but MMOs in general - and that would be a very, very good thing.

Best of luck to everyone!

Aug 23rd 2010 4:36PM Is Unleashed Elements on the GCD? I'm hoping UE can be macroed alongside Lava Burst, similar to EM/LvB.

Also, Fulmination removes any surplus charges (so up to 6). Are the three normal charges also used (although with no damage), causing us to refresh the shield, or will we always have 3 charges until the 10min duration is up?

Aug 20th 2010 4:55PM I guess their version of the Levitate spell could be called...Skimming.

The Queue: How much should Adam charge for flasks and pots? {WoW}

May 25th 2010 3:22PM Quick answer: not at all. Dual spec is two entirely different set of talent points, meaning you can have your ret spec and then click a button to switch to a holy or prot set. The only way it could hurt your DPS is if you spend more time on your other spec and forget how to play your ret :P
