Jul 4th 2011 11:58AM "I can see an inherant problem with switching specs while being in the wrong armor type"
The same problem if you are a Fury warrior with Titan Grip and switch to arms/prot: off hand weapon goes to bags.
Jul 4th 2011 11:43AM Yes! Game friends and RL friends. The friends who take me to the game left a bit after ToC was released. Then I rolled on another guild. RL friends returned with Cataclysm but left just before 4.1 was released. And next, the guild was almost disbanded because of some dramas, and even GM leave the game. A few of guildies migrated to another server. I enrolled another guild a few weeks ago with many refugees of the previous guild. But I miss some of the old guildies. I can't miss RL friends because we do many things in real life.
Jul 2nd 2011 11:55AM I knew little about Warcraft and WoW because of my friends. But I started playing it because of a clients. I own a computer shop, and one month before WTLK a couple bought two PCs. One of them was performing not very well in a random beaviour only playing WoW. I need intensive testing and used one free 10 days test. In a few days I was hooked.
Jan 5th 2011 9:00AM My very first toon (10-day trial) was Marmaduke, an old MERP character named after the dog (now on theaters!).
My actual main is an orc warrior: a big, furious, green thing, so I called Hehulk.
Next, my hunter, Millapylv, is named after a Loreal campaign with Milla Jovovich. "pylv" stands for "porque yo lo valgo", the spanish motto for the campaign.
My blood elf priest is named Mitsyssa: my shop, Assystim, reversed.
A draenei pala was named Vása, the quenya name for the Sun.
My banker, a female blood elf, is named Malwen, that means "golden maid" in quenya.
I created also a tauren called Tahlos, because a friend's daughter missnamed me "talos" when she was a little girl.
And finally (for the moment), a goblin rogue called Latrifizz: a "gnomish version" of the latin word "latro" for "thieve".
Dec 28th 2010 10:23AM I've got my PC connected to the TV, so I play WoW when my gf don't want to see any show on TV. I've got another gaming PC on my shop and I can play a while after closing, before going home.
Almost all my friend are WoW players, so playing WoW is extending my social life from real world to Azeroth.
