Feb 13th 2012 10:00AM Well at least you didn't get door steeped!.
Seriously, sad to say, a similar situation was used in the opening episode of the guild just because it was so common and people could relate to it.
Jan 1st 2012 8:54AM "I am not going to discuss the positives and negatives of the MoP expansion. I dont think that given the current leadership of the WoW dev team, any expansion can save WoW. I think the only thing that will save wow is new leadership on the WoW dev team. A fresh perspective, vision and direction is needed for the WoW dev team"
It could also be read that he is thinking of stepping down?
Not saying this is good or bad just saying.
Aug 27th 2011 6:32PM What about the old "Argent Avenger" light sabre looking 1H'er
Just need some armour that goes with it now :)
Jul 23rd 2011 6:23PM The only trouble is we are back to the bad old days that rage normalisation was meant to fix, we are the most gear dependent class once again, and those warriors that can not get the best gear fall behind.
Think about how you were at the start of FL, at or near the bottom of the DPS against other non-FL geared DPS - that is how non or low raiding warriors are and how they likely to remain.
Sorry been stolid or tops with the best gear does not do 90% of the warriors out here any good.
Mar 19th 2011 10:32PM On a little bit of a tangent, I used to like it, in a pug, when I got 3 or 4 guild members - it usually meant they all know how to work together and it made for a smooth run.
Now I groan, its almost guaranteed that at least one is a noob, rude or hopeless, if not a noob, rude and hopeless, and being guide mates the others will not kick him [Its almost certain that's why they couldn't get a guide tank in the first place.]
Sigh the changing face of the game.
BTW good article.
Jul 6th 2010 1:52PM Well I too will not be using the forums when the change comes in for a number of, to me, good reasons.
Also I don’t think the example of the wall street journal is strictly relevant; I too post on professional job related forums, using my real name and company details, but some people (who research) will think “oh he plays that stupid game” it is likely to lead to adverse results and very likely it will lead to pranks from people I work with.
Please let’s keep real life separate from games.
