Mar 20th 2010 7:53PM Who needs these newfangled games when I have Sarevok to kill?
Mar 3rd 2010 10:11PM as a rather well geared tank (245+), I say, jump in! With the LFD queues, you'll get in around 20 seconds maximum. As long as you know the rotation, what you are doing, and and keep all the mobs, you'll be fine :). When no one dies, you are far more invaluable to the group than the 232 900 DPS rogue.
Feb 20th 2010 3:34PM But look... at those eyes.
Feb 4th 2010 3:37AM I wish they'd fix the mob pathing bugs! Such an ass trying to position mobs as a tank ATM!
Jan 31st 2010 11:42PM No. When you sign up for a role in the LFD, that is your role. You roll on your roles gear. If a tank rolled on DPS gear, the DPS would go batship. Extend the same curtesy to us - we're tanking the instance for you, let us roll on the gear that helps make it better.
90% of the retard DPS rolling on tank gear pull mobs, don't DPS skull, and scream at the healer like the tards they are, do 800 DPS, and cry about the speed of an instance when they haven't been out of combat all run.
Roll on the gear you need for your role, don't be a retard and roll on the tanks gear unless the tank has said you could.
That just takes you to a tanks ignore list, have fun with the longer queues.
Jan 23rd 2010 8:53PM Well, among my friend on this server, we have the "buns, using your trusty lance?", every time they see I'm in a raid, or I'm raiding with them.
See, we pugged NAXX25 a while ago, and I died on Maxenna. I get a brez, half my gear is broken. So, in order to contrubute some DPS, I stick my lance on and keep DPS'ing the boss.
Then the other tank dies, and I have to pick up the boss. We down her, thanks to me spamming fixates, and someone pops up with -
"Hey buns was using a lance"..
needless to say, I have never lived it down. T_T.
Jan 11th 2010 8:48PM Hmm.
I've done what Bob did - a simple 'goodbye, fun year and a half with you guys', then /gquit, mostly for reasons involving a hostile officer clique, most of my friends having gone, and nasty new recruits who also happened to be complete scrubs.
Why? Didn't want to cause drama - which the GM went ahead and caused anyway, as my new GM in the guild I joined up with was falsely informed that I was a ninja. I was later informed, by another ex-guildie that is still a friend that some dodgy things had been going on within the guild involving the female GM and some of the officers. I have also been subject to heckling from officers of this guild that I left.
Bob may have simply left because he didn't want to cause drama - the officer did not help by posting a remark in trade channel.
Jan 8th 2010 12:56AM I'm assuming the ship from the USA?
Yet another slap in the face for oceanic players - high ping, terrible service, and now we'll probably have to wait WEEKS to get a kriffing authenticator shipped.
