Sep 28th 2010 8:50AM I'm in my first semester as a college student, living six hours away from my family. I use WoW to keep up with my dad and my best friend, as well as several other family and psuedo-family members. It's a pretty good way to keep in contact-we always have something to talk about, even if it's just boss tactics :)
Mar 30th 2010 9:22PM It was my first week in World of Warcraft, and I was priesting along through Westfall. Hadn't read anything on the internet saying not to level Holy, so I was smiting stuff and getting nowhere. One night my dad got on his paladin (which was like 40, at the time it seemed an impossible climb) and helped me out with some of the quests. We got so into collecting feed for Old Blanchy and killing Harvest Watchers that we didn't realize what time it was getting to be-we wrapped up far later than we meant to :) It has always been one of my favorite WoW memories.
Dec 20th 2009 12:10PM My dad actually got me started. He played with a group of his old Dungeons and Dragons friends, and I always teased him. Well, I stopped when he let me get on his warrior and kill stuff in Stranglethorn with some of his friends. It was so much fun I got the game for myself, rolled a dwarf priest, and started my adventures :)
