Apr 27th 2011 4:10PM I thought that in Cata each raid tier was going to have 2-3 "smaller" raid instances in the SSC/TK mold rather than the monolithic ICC model. With all the focus so far on Ragnaros and little or no word on war of the ancients does this mean blizz is moving back to fewer/larger raid instances?

Apr 18th 2011 3:25PM I can't think of a single valuable player ever recruited through trade chat. You're much better off posting to you realm forums, the guild recruitment forums, etc....

Also make sure you have a strong application/screening process that weeds out players before the can be associated with your guild tag. The right questions at the beginning can help to ensure those coming in have a chance of successfully integrating with your guild

Jan 17th 2011 3:26PM just kick her - she's already proven (since wrath) that she's not a good raider and can't handle the content. You clearly don't have an open raiding spot for her (given you have an "A team" plus other backups). Based on that alone she probably should have been kicked a long time ago.

If she's not willing to put in the effort she's being selfish and doing the guild a disservice. On top of that she's drama mongering. You don't need that kind of destructive attitude in a guild. Better to just root it out, ride out any short term drama, and move on.
