The druid talents still seem pretty awful and there's no mention of them still being in progress.
Looking at them as a healer vs the other healing specs and there's so many more tiers for druids where no talent is useful for healing.

DBM handles this! Try /dbm lockout ; it requires everyone to have DBM and hit yes to share their lockouts, so it generally just eliminates who's not the problem.
