Jul 11th 2010 8:19AM I just like the convenience of enchanting/inscription on my shaman. My alt is an herbalist, and I get all of my enchanting mats through random heroics. 0 grinding for mats. It saves me from having to do the Sons of Hodir rep grind, and I'm fully stocked so that I can enchant any new drops I get from ICC as I go, don't have to wait til I can hit the AH after the raid to enchant my new gear :)
Jul 11th 2010 8:14AM Azshara is, by far, my least favorite zone as it stands in WoW today. After completing that step on my world explorer achievement, i vowed to never step foot in that zone until cataclysm hit and it was redone. Thankfully Blizz realized how horrible traversing that zone was and put in the goblin highway, I may actually level a goblin now just so I can experience the zone in it's non fail format.

I farmed karazhan on a weekly basis for 6 months straight waiting for that sword to drop, and when it finally did, I was out-rolled by the "new guy". Gotta love that luck.
Jun 15th 2010 11:03AM why does everyone always bring up the dance studio's? I mean, really, let's take a game that has nothing to do with dancing and implement something so that players can make there characters dance in different ways, because that has so much to do with the lore of the game and is such an important aspect because it helps further the questing/raiding/pvp portions of the game. I hope blizz never implements the stupid dance studio, it would be nothing but a waste of resources on their end.
Jun 15th 2010 8:28AM I'm not going to lie, when I read "CoT: War of the Ancients" I was happier than a 5 year old in an ice cream parlor. And.. I rather hope they follow the timeline with Rhonin, Korialstrasz, and Broxigar. I mean, I'll deal with Rhonin as long as I get to see Brox in action, that is one orc that almost makes me want to play horde (space goat ftw).
Jun 13th 2010 8:57AM i find myself "base jumping" many times in game, i'll find places like the thandol span and rather than continuing the trek across the bridge, i'll find myself lining up for a dive from the middle of the bridge into the water below. I've done this from the thandol span, the waterfall that drops into elwynn forest (yes the one that you fly over when leaving stormwind that is hard to get to, i saw it and had to jump), the waterfall in terrokar forest near the ally town, and multiple other places. I have no idea what it is that attracts me to do this, and many times i've fallen to my death as i missed the water or misjudged the depth, it's just an odd sort of feeling i get whenever i see a place it makes me think as if my character is subliminally pulling me towards the edge to be a "daredevil" of sorts.
May 16th 2010 8:06AM i love ironforge airport. I made the trek there once on my warrior back in the start of BC, was just after i got my epic riding mount (yes i started in BC and not vanilla). Just the constant battle between the troggs and other npc's up there made the whole trip worth it. such a great place and i can't wait to be able to actually fly up there come cataclysm. Hopefully Blizz does something neat with the place.
Apr 27th 2010 8:07AM i started playing in BC just after Black Temple had been released so I missed out on a lot of that "epic" you speak of, however I did still get to feel much of it stepping into my first 25 man Gruul's Lair. The feeling of you and 24 other heroes taking on a band of the most powerful ogres in outland just had that epic feeling that I still miss to this day.
Apr 25th 2010 10:09AM this one's a little backwards.. but i loved leveling my DK, now that she's 80 and decked out in the t9 and ICC heroic gear i can't stand the class. I really think it was the initial nerf blizz did to unholy (god i miss the ORIGINAL unholy blight). I used to love being able to AoE down groups of mobs with so much ease. There's just something about the class now that bores the hell out of me.
only class I ever had a problem with leveling is a druid. I've always wanted a balance druid but i cannot for the life of me get through the first 10 levels of spamming wrath. that and the nightelf starting zone sucks IMO. perhaps i'll finally have the druid i've always wanted come cataclysm when I can play a worgen druid...

I absolutely LOATHE gearscore. I was refused for so many pug raids due to a lower gearscore than, as you said it, the moron who's under his hit/haste caps yet puts up a bigger GS number than you due to his welfare epics. I still use an ilvl 200 trinket (Je'Tze's Bell) due to the fact that it's better than anything else that has made itself available to me, I also held onto my t8 2pc set bonus (reduced CD on riptide) until recently when i picked up my 2pc t10 only because the 4pc t9 bonus wasn't worth it IMO. HOWEVER, I constantly outheal every other member of the raid, while still maintaining a very low overheal %, even with my low GS.
