Jan 9th 2012 9:13AM My mains name is the same as in every game. I designed it when I started playing Diablo 1 back in 1996. It's unique but the problem is that people do not know how to say it. So in full it's Propheseus mainly being a combination between prophet and perseus. I wasn't that original when I was 14 years old I guess. But it's based on the fact that I allways play the prophet, mage, sorcerer, caster fellow. Nowadays it mostly get shortened to Pro, Prop or Proph by guildies.
For my alts I tend to be as original possible doing the same as my mains name. Take something that exist in recent lore and change it back to the way I want. My warrior is called Hexadex (gnome) but when it was horde it was called Grimroth. My druid is called Mossy and a forsaken warlock called Neophyte.
Oct 12th 2011 8:07AM Its nearly impossible in wow to role play without an event. Even on RP servers people are constantly breaking role play by using smileys in say. People you don't know who tend to role play are 90% Mary Sue's. For the game mechanics I just ignore them. Levels are just there, annoying but the truth. Raids and dungeons and especially wit the finder are impossible to role play. I tend to get my role play in dungeons also for special events.
Feb 16th 2010 9:19AM I am not raiding anymore and the illustration is still one of the trinkets I am carrying. I love it and hate it both at the same time. +200 Spellpower makes it still one of the best trinkets ingame but keeping it up is very nasty, specially in heroics on mobs and the newer bosses in ICC (what I've heard)
To keep it up, you should just use slowfall. The spell works with the trinket and the cast nearly cost no mana. Out of combat your regen should be quicker within the GCD of the spell. It is also handy right before you wanna kick some butt against a boss. Spam slow fall 20 times and its at it max, givin you the +200 spellpower right from the start.
Jan 4th 2010 7:50AM As a mage with frozen bonespike, 4/5 T9, self crafted and farmed merlin's robe, and the better accessoires in game: I find that reaching hitcap has become somewhat more off a pain. It is either just on or far over. Still gemming for hit would make you nerf yourself in the run.
As stated by so many other people:
Red=Runed Cardinal Ruby
Blue=Purified Dreadstone, if you still need it for the Meta gem or the setbonus is near 7 spellpower.
I run my stats now with 280 HR, thats a little below hitcap, seein I only pug raids and don't raid within a guild anymore. I should really get some 10 hitrating with something.
I should focus on spellpower and haste a little bit more i reckon.
Jan 2nd 2010 9:40AM I play WoW since februari 2005 and took 4 breaks off varying periods between 1 month and 3 months. Mostly in these breaks i try to do a bit of study and focus more on the chores around the house. Then i try a new MMO, like age of conan and warhammer, and after awhile I am so sick of them that I reinstall world of warcraft and play for about an half year again, following by a pretty long break between 1 and three months.
