Oct 12th 2010 9:58AM I would LOVE to go to Blizzcon. I was too slow to get tickets this year... :(
Sep 28th 2010 5:13PM Ogre Suit - someone above already listed (Gordok or Points from TCG)
Noggenfogger Elixir- can make you a Skeleton or tiny (also mentioned above)
Alhough a very short buff- the Underbelly Elixir laying around can turn you into a firefly, tuskarr or, for some reverse cosplay, make everyone else a mage
Magic Eater- which can be fished from the Underbelly, can turn you into a few things
Time-Lost Figurine- can turn you into a Skettis Arakkoa (also mentioned above)
And all of these are without changing suits. There are options there as well, however.
Full sets of IF and SW plate armor is available in dungeons for those that can wear plate.
Pirate outfits can be created from Cloth Armor that can be both original and customizable.
"Hobo" suits can be created from each ilvl range of gear's like-named grey items. ("loosely threaded" items, My fav is the "Aurora" set of cloth items)
Lumberjack suits of many colors
There are tons of options when you think about all of the gear that is available to you from each expansion.
Sep 15th 2010 9:15AM I don't know why, but I gave Deathwing a fruity German Accent and his picture totally said "HALLOOOOO" to me...
Sep 8th 2010 12:15PM Not sure if this was mentioned, but Core i7 processors tend to load wow on the first core and it's associated thread if the Affinity setting in the wow config file isn't changed. Changing your ProcessAffinityMask (for a core i7) to "255" in the config.wtf file will spread the load across all cores and streamline performance.
Sep 3rd 2010 10:29PM From my experience, typically the person who flies off the handle can't be just avoided as Drama Mama's are suggesting (at least that's how I read it). If you feel uncomfortable and it's effecting how you enjoy the game, I feel you had every right to /gquit. The only caveat I would put on that statement, however, would be to explain to the guild why you're quitting and that you are trying to avoid further conflict.
I'm sure you're not the only one that has been on the receiving end of CrankyPants' anger management issues. Ticking Timebombs are never fun to play/raid with because they are just that, ticking: ready to go off at any time.
Personally, I would have explained to the rest of the guild (with CrankyPants online or not) why you were quitting, I'm sure the rest of the guild would understand and maybe it would give your friend a swift quick in the rear to rethink his reactions to a well intended statement.
Aug 31st 2010 2:27PM For the next comic...I vote for Brutus the Gnome Shaman :O Then after that, another mix matched race/class miscreant and a wrap-up comic where those confused toon's go on a raid (mixed faction raid would be an awesome story)!
Aug 13th 2010 3:44PM Have asked this before....but I haven't seen anything regarding his information yet so I'll ask again. Will guild reputation and guild levels (benefits) be retroactive for guilds? For example, if a guild has been around for a while and is a current progression guild, will they start at say 15/25 of guild levels and the other 10 will be earned as they progress through Cataclysm; or will they start off with a clean slate like everyone else?
Aug 10th 2010 4:47PM "if Worgen are even fertile or not"
And if so, are there men willing to share their women?
Aug 10th 2010 4:43PM Will guild levels(and benefits from those levels) as well as guild rep be retroactive and applied when the expansion drops? Or will everyone start at the same level and large guilds just progress faster?
