Jun 17th 2010 8:34PM I kinda like it.
They seem to be putting some detail into it and thinking things through.
Little things like the double aims and the never dead thing that seems like more than just a respawn mechanic.
And I don't know about atmosphere but the characters at least had charisma, the guy was cool and funny and I liked the girls design.
Jun 17th 2010 8:10PM So, why haven't they been able to update their xbox 360 games and why is achieving that such a problem?
I've heard about it being a mix of technological and policy issues with microsoft not having a set way for developers to deliver to free medium sized updates.
Well now Sony managed to beat them on that.
Jan 26th 2010 8:51PM A magazine can still have some big pros.
Its easier to access all the information, sure for some it might be fun to check every blog newssite and forum for the newest information but for some its a hassle.
Or we just don't have the time anymore.
If someone can get the biggest gaming news of the week, condense all the information with some good trailers and the related information all in a good layout I would pay for that. If its like 50 a year, like the Live account. I'd pay for that. A way to easily remain in touch with everything that would save me a lot of time.

Nov 9th 2009 12:09PM I am fine with anything except big titles unless its easy to know which ones are bought.
I don't want to see another guy with a Grand Marshal he didn't really get.
Also as long as its stuff from the website, the whole buy a card then get the code etc etc is too annoying.
People already buy characters and powerlevel and money but with an official option at least the spam and keylogging would decrease but I don't want those that don't earn they stuff with cool titles.
Nov 9th 2009 12:06PM Seems like I could get lost in the tome of knowledge reading all those interesting things, that sometimes happens to me in the wowwiki already.
Nov 8th 2009 2:36PM This is all good but they should be focused on making other things easier to learn.
I played all the way to level 30 without even knowing that typing /2 was how you used the trade chat.
I had a hard time figuring out what threat was, what dps means ,etc.
Those are not interface intuitive things you don't learn them by messing around with the game someone has to teach them to you.
Nov 6th 2009 6:51PM A lot could be written about the problems Tree of Life means in pvp, not that its inefficient for the druid but as a whole its badly designed.
Too good not to use, too restrictive to be fun.
Nov 6th 2009 9:50AM I really hope all this "changes" have some sort if lore based connection so they at least make some sense because so far from a gameplay point of view, many of them, do not.
Changing places like STV seriously? Its actually one of the few zones that has a clear level progression and many engaging quests. Come on we meet Nessy the beast slayer there.
And I see Alterac and Hinterlands as a light change, places I almost never bother visiting on most characters anymore because of how boring lonely and scarce of quests they are.
Well, this was a nice catch wowinsider, thanks.
At least the starting zones will be untouched, Id hate to see those go away and I really wonder what will change in westfall. The defias chain was amazing but it really feels stuck in time.
Nov 4th 2009 4:59PM Remember when Blizzard gaved the anniversary pets FOR FREE?
Good old days.
