May 27th 2008 8:20AM While levelling a priest and a warlock, me and my friend managed to 2-man everything in our level range up to Mara. We probably could have handled Mara but we decided to twink our characters at 49. SM was probably my favorite- we conquered GY around like 31 because it's just stupidly easy, Library around 33, maybe 34, and Armory and Cath fell in the same night at 40. I think we might have wiped like, twice, ever. I did have to spec my warlock demonology to beat Armory and Cathedral because drain tanking stopped being effective with 2-3 mobs on me. Plus, my priest buddy had gotten shadowform and refused to actually heal.

Jul 14th 2007 11:45PM 1. The Paladin class has been removed.
2. The shaman talent "Totem of Wrath" has been replaced by "Thunderstorm". Thunderstorm calls down lightning in an area of 15 feet over 10 seconds, dealing 700 damage within 4 feet of each lightning bolt. one lightning bolt every second, randomly generated at the time of impact.
3. Battlegrounds have been removed, and honor gained in the real world has been tripled. Also, killing a faction leader will yield 500 honor to everyone in the raid with the tap, and town leaders will yield 250. Quest NPC's now run for their life when attacked, as opposed to trying to fight and being cut down in mere seconds.
Feb 20th 2007 11:38PM dear Rozka, you realize that that video is almost a year old, right?
Feb 13th 2007 6:11PM So when did someoen start posting about thunderlord? i've been on thunderlord since day noe and have recently noticed a massive increase in the amount of things coming from TL.
Dec 16th 2006 2:28AM This is in effect. it costs around 50 silver, trainable at level 30. It is an instant cast with no cooldown or mana cost itself.
Nov 20th 2006 4:52PM Worst thing about a shaman is A. Being expected to heal
and B. the myth that shamans are overpowered.
Nov 15th 2006 8:10AM I'd say my favorite zone in the game has got to be Stranglethorn Vale. There was nothing more thrilling to me than trying to quest and getting steamrolled by 3 alliance, who corpsecamp me. So I would call in 2 more horde, and we'd kill the 3 alliance, and start questing together. NExt thing we know, 5 alliance jump out of nowhere and take us down. Soon its a clash of about 40 people running around chain killing each other completely mercilessly.
I'd say that the OLD hillsbrad ties for favorite, back when 40 man raids charged between SS and TM because it was the best battleground availible.
Least favorite is probably Kargath, atleast when I'm trying to level. All the BRM traffic just gets me killed time after time again.
Oct 27th 2006 12:01PM My first character was in beta- an orc hunter. then a tauren shaman, still in beta. I liked the shaman but wanted to try some other things first. made a warrior, got him to 18. Something was wrong with him though! I couldn't kill stuff! not even stuff a level under me! I didn't udnerstand why he sucked, so i rerolled. I got him outa gain about 3 months ago and realized his gear was shit (almost all whites and grays), and that he was in defensive stance. Put him in greens, leveled him to 19, then twinked him out. Now I play a shaman (I converted to shaman about 2 months after i quit the warrior), and I love my shammy to death :-) tearing through ZG/MC atm.
Oct 22nd 2006 8:14AM Looks to me like they have it set that way because at level 70, the gear will have more combat rating- alot more. as you level your current gear will lose effectiveness and force you to replace it with new gear, which is probably what they were aiming at.
