Spiritual Guidance: Top healing trinkets for priests {WoW}

Jan 11th 2012 1:16AM Yeah most pallies still stack haste, I'm one of the ones that don't, so having the haste boost keeps my spell cast time short. And I beg to differ, I see it proc more often that every 2 minutes otherwise I would NOT use it.

^^No stacking haste, me likey haste proc

And if you're doubting my healing skill from that first post don't. I know what I'm doing and I know how to play my class(es).

Spiritual Guidance: Top healing trinkets for priests {WoW}

Jan 10th 2012 8:07PM I've got the Seal of the Seven Signs on my Holy Pally and I can say it's definitely worth it, maybe a bit moreso for a Holy Priest over Disc. But if you're casting up all the time you'll see this proc up almost all the time.

The Light and How to Swing It: Examining secondary stats for holy paladins {WoW}

Jan 10th 2012 12:11PM I switched from haste stacking to mastery stacking once my guild started DS and it was a great decision. I've even started reforging out of spirit for MORE mastery. Between buffs and our judgement of the pure, my in combat mana regen is PLENTY high, and our mastery is essentially free "heals". For most of the fights Illuminated Healing is my top or 2nd heal, and I'm only sitting at 30% mastery. If you've got FL gear or better, DEFINITELY try stacking mastery over haste, is that .2 second quicker cast time going to help you that much? I mean, you also have to consider the 9% haste we get whenever we judge.

The Light and How to Swing It: Blinding Ultraxion with the Holy Light {WoW}

Dec 11th 2011 11:37PM I two heal this fight, myself a H-Pally and the other healer a resto druid. I take the red buff, he takes the green, and then I take the blue at the end and spam HR like it's my job. We've tried this other ways but the blue really is the best for us because we can just pump out massive heals, 3 HRs+LoD=H-Pallys actually doing aoe healing....when everyone's stacked up haha.

This is a great ego-booster fight for us =P

The Light and How to Swing It: Adjust your healing in patch 4.3 {WoW}

Nov 20th 2011 6:37PM I don't Holy Pally ( is almost completely reg FL geared (damn boots from Domo won't drop), and yet I only have an unbuffed haste rating of 1732, although I reforge into haste and always use +20 Haste +20 (something else) gems whenever I can. What "should" it be at?

Totem Talk: Resto shaman advice for healing groups, DK tanks, and heroic instances {WoW}

Nov 8th 2011 7:11PM I play a Holy Paladin and offered to jump on my friends shaman for a raid one night. I figured what the hell.

They are SO alike, look at it this way:
Earth Shield=Beacon of Light (Always up on the tank)
Riptide=Holy Shock (Small heal, use on every CD)
Healing Wave=Holy Light(Use this as your most cast spell, with the low mana cast you can pretty much spam it)
Water Shield=Judgement with Seal of Insight (Restores mana)

There's more similarities but I'll stop there. So basically, I healed through FL first time ever playing on a Shaman and I did fine. Look at these similarities and it makes life SO much easier.

Jun 5th 2011 6:12PM Wow, what a wonderfully written article! Great read, keep up the good work!

Patch 4.2 PTR notes for May 10 {WoW}

May 11th 2011 10:47PM Ok but crit rating is a terrible stat for holy pallies, we just don't need it anymore. So increasing the crit heal isn't that big of a deal. The only reason I can justify this change is that due to better gear blizzard is afraid that mana will slowly not become an issue again like it did in Wrath.

May 11th 2011 12:32AM Yay nerf nerf nerfin holy pallies =(

Feb 24th 2011 10:55PM Wow! Now I wish I had went to Berkley rather than the Crane School of Music. I definitely am going to re-apply there for my Masters and Doctorate though!

To the article, bravo! I really wish I had the time to do this at Crane, however I don't have the time =/ Hopefully I will be able to someday, keep up the great work!
