Dec 6th 2010 9:23PM Please. I am snowed in with no Cata =(
Apr 21st 2010 9:24AM I have both a Rogue and a Feral druid at 80. They are similar but NOT the same, they shouldn't be. There are many talents Rogues have, they have 3 different trees that offer PvP viability and 2 that perform well in PvE. Do I think being stunlocked till dead is fun, NO. I have a Shaman, a Paladin as well at lvl 80 and a Lock on the way so yes I do know how much it sucks. But from this article it is apparent that the writer does NOT play their class well in PvP. I Arena with my Rogue so to hear how little a Feral has to interrupt with abilities is rubbish. Shadowstep......Feral Charge, except in order to get Shadowstep you have to talent quite a ways down into the Subtlety tree, Feral Charge is something all Ferals can have. Yes Rogues have Kick and Blind that require NO combo point, Gouge is a combo point free ability but it also require we be in front of our target....not the most desirable place to be. Maim is on par with Kidney Shot and Pounce is reflected with Cheap Shot (both openers that stun and add combo points) There are days I do think "Wow, killing people is just too easy" but that hardly justifies Feral tears. I like my Druid as Feral, I find the other two specs very boring and cubersom it is the only spec that made me want to level her. Also something else....ALL the rogues stuns can be trinketed out of, Hand of Freedom/removed, Cyclone is a CC that is only removable by trinket, and its instant when you get it with combo points and a finisher. Hmmm, yea it's just as bad to be whirling in air watching your partner be wailed on as it is to be laying dead watching your partner be wailed on. I think to call out "Nerf!" to either class is only asking for your own to be dealt the same blow by the dreaded nerf bat. So please either learn to play your class in PvP or keep crying because with two classes so similar when one burns so shall the other.
Jan 4th 2010 10:49AM One thing me and my Pally healer BF notice a lot (he gets me faster slots ^^) is the tanks that come in, under defense capped because really they are DPS main spec. Then at the end of the run DPS roll on a DPS trinket only to have the would be tank try to kick you for winning the trinket he wanted without telling anyone he was 511 defense and not a tank. Why are Tank allowed into HC's without being defense capped. Its getting really annoying playing a smart DPS, one who ToTs the tank not out of help for tank but for your own survivability only to have the tank blame you for his not holding aggro and blaming the healer for not being able to heal an under defense capped tank. A good tank is one I make sure to thank and make the run as easy and smooth as possible for because no doubt they are just as worried about you as you are of them.
