Mar 12th 2010 12:11PM Why do all the freaking faction leaders either have:
A missing, unspoken of spouse...
A dead spouse....
A spouse thats been sleeping for the past thousand years.
Is there any love for our, oh so dear, faction leaders in the future? Maybe such a show as "Date that Warchief!" or "Blinded-dates (Rogues only)"
Mar 11th 2010 10:47AM I really would think that the "Damage to heal" system would work with the class of Shadow Hunter.
The two races that would make the most sense lore-wise and class wise would be Trolls and Night elves.
The hero class would mainly be a Ranged/Heal class, with each tree being specialized in one area. SOme examples would be: Voodoo (damage spec), Mysticism (Damage->heal) tree, and Superstition (A form of support tree, maybe be the PvP spec of some sore)
The class has to be unique in some way that defines it. The class could use a resource system called (Mojo for Trolls, "Something" for Night-elves). The meter would fill up when doing damage (I believe the damage would work best as DoTs and Insta-casts). The energy then could be used to either cast a powerful healing spell or powerful damaging spell: The more mojo, the more damage or healing (the damaging spell using the mojo wouldn't give mojo back)
The relic slot would be called a "Fetish"
WHat you people tink?
Mar 10th 2010 10:04AM When I read about the Role-players making the Bloodlust sound in RL, I couldn't resist and had to do it myself.
However, doing it at the top of your lungs when your professor is giving a lecture can bring some awfully penetrating stares.
I regret nothing!
Mar 4th 2010 10:35AM Hell yeah, man!
*extends fist of bro-ness*
Mar 4th 2010 10:32AM Ahhhhh, man.
I've been thinking about turning my Tauren Warrior to a Troll.
Now I might just do that so I can kinda role-play this event. (Not majorly mind you, but just for fun)
That would make me have:
1 Troll Warrior
1 Troll Shammy
1 Troll priest
1 Troll DK
1 Troll (druid)
Trolls are an excellent race concept IMO, and I really enjoy their culture, emotes, laungage and other things greatly. I am really looking forward to this event and am planning on doing it multiple times.
For da Darkspear!
Mar 3rd 2010 12:22PM IMHO, Worgen and Forsaken were made to go to war with each other.
It just feels....right.
It just clicks.
Can't really explain it.
Anybody else feel that way?
Mar 2nd 2010 3:24PM Actually brah, it seems that Zalazane has been lifting some weights because from the PTR files, he's boasting a level ?? boss title.
I can seem him doing reps and grunting "my head, My head, My Head, MY HEAD!"
Mar 2nd 2010 3:22PM The only way I can see a gnome in a WoW cinematic is as follows:
A gnome warlock, with an evil grin, stands in the middle of a road holding his arm in front of him with the palm and fingers at a 90 degree angle. He starts to cast a spell at a monster, when out of nowhere a wagon driven by a tauren accidently runs the gnome over and continues on his merry way.
At least in the BC trailer, trolls were given a moment of raptor-riding glory.
RIding a mechanical turkey...not so much.
Mar 2nd 2010 3:14PM 'bout time, mon. (Troll's have to be the best race to RP as :D)
The Darkspear Trolls are epic.
Feb 9th 2010 10:41AM I think horde would dominate the "Gridiron" (I see warcraft football to be more like rugby) if it was faction vs faction. If each race had an individual team, I would say it would be either the Trolls, the Tauren, or possibly the dwarfs. Someone noted that since the tauren don't have mages, the mages on the other team could blink ahead of them and score. However, the tauren have druids who could root the said mage. This is if classes are allowed to participate, which imo i would rather just have the races with no specific class.
In faction vs faction I would like each race fill a particular niche. Trolls are lean, fast, and think quick so I believe they would be the running backs or something. (I apologize, I don't really know the positions of football) The Defensive line would consist mainly of Tauren for their large size and strength, while the Offensive line would consist of Orcs because while the orcs are still large and strong, they are smaller and faster than tauren and could slip through the other teams defensive line easier. The equivalent of the alliance would be Night elves be the runners, Draenai be the defense and dwarfs be the offence. I don't kow what the other races would fill on either team, which I'll leave up to you guys.
