Jul 18th 2010 9:57AM I play alts a couple of hours a week, but when I do, I achieve excellent XP rates. Like, my DK is level 61, and I could probably get him through Outland in a day or two if I tried. It's likely to take me a couple of months.
I use levelling guides and look up levelling specs, the whole shebang. It'd probably be faster to level rather than look up this kind of thing, but hey, whatever's fun, right? I HATE playing suboptimally :)
Jun 5th 2010 5:30AM I hate when I accidentally minimise or DC right before a boss: my computer takes a while to load WoW back up after a minimise and the whole time I'm like "Please please please don't pull yet..."
My favourite moment: Winning my first Arena match (after 18 losses, lol). It was 2v2, Arms Warrior (me) and Resto Druid vs. Fury Warrior and Disc (I think) Priest. After 3-4 minutes (the resto druid knows how to avoid a warrior thanks to our practice duels) I come up with the idea of stacking Sunders. I do so, and take him out. The warrior then takes my healer out. It comes down to an epic 1v1 Warrior vs. Warrior fight, and I end up taking him down, at which point me and my friend start cheering over Skype at the victory.
I love this game.
Feb 14th 2010 8:06PM Netherweave bags are a cheap and effective way of getting alts with bags, hence they sell like hotcakes. I've bought a fair few in my time.
Jan 27th 2010 9:04AM Before I begin the (constructive) criticism, I do want to say that that was a very good song in general, but of course, everything could be improved.
First, the Mulgore chapstick line could have been better (I think: maybe that WAS the best available, but it was the only line that EVER made me think that the song's rhyming wasn't the best)
The only other real criticism I have is actually putting Katy Perry's voice in for those two lines. You're a good singer, but Katy is both a professional and has her voice digitally mastered. I think you would have sounded a lot better in a vacuum without that comparison.
Good job though! I hope you keep doing this: If this was your first attempt, I can't wait to see how you do when you're more experienced (My first blog, for comparison, was horrible. This song is good, so you ought to skyrocket!)
