Mar 29th 2012 9:39AM Honestly, I really want there to be some facial options for Male Night Elves that don't make them look like they're permanently scowling. That's just one of the things that seriously annoys me, there are plenty more changes I would like.
Male humans look just plain blocky and the longer hair options really need to move with the actual model so that I don't feel like I have hair made of instant cement. More expressive features would be absolutely amazing and so would making some of the other animations more fluid (attacking with most races and the running animations of others come to mind)
Different body types, sub-race options, maybe even slightly different attacking animations depending on your class although that might be a little much. I just don't think a Mage would use the same fighting style as a warrior when using a sword after all.
Oct 12th 2011 9:30AM I suppose that makes sense... I gunk I'll keep to my conspiracy theories though. ^.^
Oct 12th 2011 9:08AM What's more, if your bags are full at the end of a dungeon run or something, and the mailman sends you whatever you would have gotten, he tells you that he found floating through the twisting nether! Take a moment to think about that, and then consider the implications.
Oct 12th 2011 8:45AM Generally, most in game mechanics like the dungeon finder and such get ignored, i've met people who referred to levels as ranks that you obtain through training but most people don't even mention them. In a world where magic is prevalent, communicating across great distances is not that difficult to find a way to do, I know my current guild uses a set of enchanted rings that allow is all to communicate.
One important rule to remember though, NEVER MENTION THE MAILMAN. I mean holy shit, this guy has to on the level of or even above the titans in power! He can travel the entire world, delivering mail to some of the most powerful people on Azeroth, knows what we're going to do before we even know ourselves, and does all of this completely unseen. That guy, is terrifying.
Apr 19th 2010 5:58PM Your funny, everyone already knows that the community is mad, its what makes it so enjoyable.
Apr 8th 2010 1:09PM Well, heroic leap is back! hooray for that! I may have to switch to arms unless fury gets a new talent so that we can use heroic leap in berserker stance.
The change to whirlwind is slightly annoying and it will be interesting to see how the other changes play out to keep it balanced.
All in all it looks exciting and for everyone currently QQing, please remember that this is only the changes for the BETA. This is not necessarily final and there will most likely be more changes than the ones here. Please, I know how as warriors, its hard to do anything that doesn't cause us to get pissed but try to be patient and see what else happens.
Feb 25th 2010 1:45PM I love the Idea! It sounds like an excellent idea and would probably get a lot more people to actually display their cloak. On the other hand, blizz really needs to fix the clipping thing and how generally weird a lot of items look.
I also think that Blizz should hold an art contest for people to send in designs that players want to see on their overcloaks, best ones get implemented in game. What do you all think?
Jan 27th 2010 7:49PM The first time I ever spoke to anyone in my guild, I was over at my friends house and they were talking on vent. This was before I decided to switch servers to play with my friend. So as he is playing and talking over vent his computer (a mac) starts acting up so he randomly says "Dammit Mac" and everyone on vent hears him. His guild apparently thought he was referring to me and after a good 5 minutes laughing we explained he was talking to his computer. This became one of my nicknames. My second nickname was given to me 5 seconds later by the mage who said he didn't like mac computers so he decided that my name was now P/C. Some people still call me this just for a laugh now and then.
Another in joke involves a tanking death knight, patchwerk, and whether or not he is in frost presence. You all know where that goes.
