Jun 15th 2011 12:49PM there is. its called 'i can't hear you over the sound of how awesome I am'
one shot sinestra without anyone dieing.
this is at current gear and for a few patches, the hardest raid achievement in the game.
Nov 23rd 2010 1:41PM Anyone that's shocked by this should have played during the BC patch. This is nothing compared to that
Oct 20th 2010 11:40AM Combat was always a bit more complex then Assassination, but MG just destroys everything we've been taught bout rogues since day 1. combat mastery is god awful(tested in ICC25, horrid thing), like as bad as ArP was for Mut pre-4.0.1. I'm just glad my rogue always carried a assassination set just in case. Cause without major work to mastery, MG getting a TOTAL and SERIOUS re-work and some stat changes so we're not stuck being forced to reforge mastery; combat will become the new; old Sub. The whole last week, I've been wondering if blizz actually tested any of this stuff out before releasing it; cause it's just been one nightmare of a week. Fury/arms warriors even after some buffs are still horrid low in dps, feral kitties are dead in the water, ret pallies are getting better...slowly. Caster dps is still ungodly high and broken(28Kcrit vs full wrathful and 1K resil should NOT be happening; thus pvp is now a caster heaven. It's nice for PvE though; but ICC was never hard.) Seems like only DKs have had a lack of issues, since frost 2H and unholy have been godly strong since the patch.
Oct 15th 2010 10:29AM On my server for most people, it is. At least for pugs. Our guild has had no issue with him since our server first, aside from later on the drakes dismounting us randomly at the start of P3. Maly isn't hard, players make him hard but not stacking, counting combo points right, assigning 1/2 drake healers and moving out of the static field. Sometimes I wish people were forced into ToGC, so they could be forced to learn just why standing in stuff is bad. 1 sec deaths in there show who the bads are.

No, your not an adult in this case. Your acting like a spoiled brat that didn''t get everything he wanted for christmas. Grow up kid, and learn that you'll NEVER get everything you want in WoW. My guilds' been farming TK since BC, and 2/25 of our core team got the pheonix. Been farming it 6man since the uld patch and havn't seen it since and I'm next in line on the BC Mount/Legendary dkp list. We've downed H25 LK at least once a month since we got the realm first, and we're just now finishing getting our group his horse. Now with it just being a rare drop, half of our group is annoyed that even though we'll be going back into ICC for it; it'll take longer to get.
The point is, no one is gonna get everything they want. So stop whining like a child. Those that say they know enough to act mature are just proving their spoiled. A mature person doesn't say he knows enough to act mature. But go ahead and leave the game just because the RNG doesn't like you, shows how mature you really are.
Oct 13th 2010 2:58PM They wont. A gm told a guildie of mine"Nothing we can do about it. Some items have low/rare droprates; upping the rate or changing the current system doesn't make it fair to the players that put in effort to get the item. In short, it won't be changed."
Oct 13th 2010 2:32PM @Wind
It's horrid RNG, but the only answer is "Oh well, deal with it" which is basically what a gm said to a guildie of mine who was just missing the pet for the meta. Didnt start it sooner? Tough cookies

They are, some dungeons and raids will REQUIRE the whole group to get attuned. Right now, the only "required" attunement still in game is Molten Core, but only if you wanta use the shortcut. I love when people forget this, go to do it with 15 people; no lock and find out they have to go the long way around.
I wouldn't mind really tough and long chains like how Onyxia was, weed out the players that don't need or deserve to get into dungeons and raids stay out. I can promise you, 90% of wrath era players are gonna be facerolled and rage quit in cata. If you didn't play back in classic or BC, then you have no idea just how hard this game was. Thankfully, blizz is bringing that feeling back.
Sep 26th 2010 12:22PM On my server, we got three people in a group that always undercut all gems by 1 copper so that they always have control. Then my guild along with 5 others and two of the top raiding guilds on the server decided to say enough; and we starting undercutting them massively, by 50g or more at times. No gem is worth more then 120g, cut or uncut imo. We got tons of hate mail and death threats ingame, and laughed at them in trade; making sure people knew what kind of moronic people they were. Two months later, they x-ferred and our gem market is back to being nearly stable. Still get the 250+ gems when that type is cleaned out, but with over 36 JCs in my guild at least; we fix that issue very quickly.
Sep 22nd 2010 10:22AM Lol Angus. Let's do a breakdown.
"My leather boots from HToC(5) that got me expertise cost me a ton of agility"
Because higher item level always=better right? Like how for most plate wears pre-RS, Death's Choice+DBW was BiS; and if I recall DC was a 245. Or how for Hunters that until heroic T9 or Heroic T10, BiS is 2T9, 2T10. Yeah, higher item lvl=better...
"All this talk of tuning is fine and dandy, but until the item design team gets their heads out of their rear ends it is worthless"
Havn't even seen the beta items yet have ya?
"No spec should have to be downgrading armor because it is the only way to get a NEEDED stat. (no expertise on tier 10, or mail anywhere cause hunters would be upset but they had no issue shoving tons or armor pen on that mail which was a poor stat for enhance"
First the very first comment bout downgrading. If you played at ALL during classic or BC, you would have to downgrade some smaller pieces to get the resistance you NEEDED for certain bosses like Rag, or Mother Shaz in BT. Wrath spoiled you kids big time, wouldn't last half a raid night back in the golden years.
Guess what, there's next to no exp or hit on druid feral T10 either. We get most of our bonuses from the off set pieces. I guess I can complain then as well that all the leather gear I find for my mut rogue has armor pent on it, which is next to useless for that spec. If you planned a gear list out ahead of time-like good raiders should, you wouldn't be throwing a fit.
Last bit, I havn't seen a single issue where there's been tons of plate with hit. And no, i'm not counting ICC10 because for melee plate at least there's maybe 1 BiS piece in 10man, and 0 for unholy DKs. Get into 25 and you'll see plate with crit and other useful stats. Hell in 10, the first half of plate gear is STACKED with exp and I don't see you whining bout that.
You really need to study this game a bit more and figure out exactly why you have little idea of what the hell your doing.
