Raid Rx: How to heal the Shannox encounter {WoW}

Jul 12th 2011 9:52AM Considering that far more people raid 10-man, why are the majority of Raid Rx posts specific to 25-man? Is it possible to extend this column to include 10-man as well as 25-man? The information in this article is just misleading to most raiders unless we are doing 25-man content.

Blizzard announces phase 2 of region-wide battlegroup matching {WoW}

Nov 3rd 2010 11:03PM @Pyro Well, for Alliance on the Bloodlust battlegroup, average wait times are about 1-2 minutes. So I am finding it hard to be supportive of a change that will almost fully remove my ability to be competitive, when I have no wait times currently.

Blizzard announces phase 2 of region-wide battlegroup matching {WoW}

Nov 3rd 2010 8:56PM Just so I have this correct. Blizzard are combining the Bloodlust battlegroup of Oceanic servers with average latency of 300-500 in with US Battlegroups who average latency of 50-100?

Well, that just sounds so fair for PvP. It's hard enough competing with the sprinkling of US based players on the Oceanic servers. Now we will be forced to compete against even more US based players and entire battlegroups of US based players when we have 2-5 times the latency.

How on earth are Oceanic players meant to compete in PvP? It is a really stupid move on Blizzard's part to include the battlegroup of Oceanic based players in with the rest of the US based battlegroups.

Nov 2nd 2010 8:40PM I use Skada. When in combat it shows threat, when out of combat I can take a look at the damage meters.

Addon Spotlight: Grab bag {WoW}

Jul 22nd 2010 7:59PM I've tried most of the well known addons like Altoholic, Armory, UberInventory, ArkInventory to keep track of everything among my toons. However I found that most of them were quite resource hungry. I recently stumbled across BagSync which is extremely lightweight and works really well.

"It will record items that are either equipped or put within your bank, bags, guild bank, mailbox, tokens/currency, and keyring. You can also search for items in the BagSync database by using the built in search window."

AddOn Spotlight: Loot Addons {WoW}

Feb 18th 2010 9:56PM If you follow Tekkub's addons, you will find he hates poorly written addons. I have read somewhere before that Xloot was one of those addons. Not sure where. So he duplicated the functionality as a cleaner, smaller and more efficient addon.
