Sep 13th 2011 8:12AM I think WoW has reached an important point in it's life. As the longest running highly successful MMO (made-up statistic, but I think it's true), it has reached the point where the player base has become highly nostalgic. The feeling the OP has described is rampant throughout the community, so much so that Blizzard has given us (will be giving us) the ability to have a taste of what used to be through Transmogrification in patch 4.3. IMHO, if World of Warcraft is going to continue having such a substantial player base, there is going to have to be a significant enough change to drag people out of the past and realize how many things are better now. The question is, what could do that?
Feb 17th 2011 9:17AM Nearly everyone I know who doesn't play WoW has some kind of negative stereotype about it being addictive or whatever. That's other than my girlfriend and her close friends who have watched me play it and my friends talk about it enough to somewhat understand the premise of the game and that, yes, i'm talking to real people.
Feb 8th 2011 12:17AM Question for the Queue:
If you could pick one character in the lore of WoW to fight as a raid boss (who isn't one already) who would it be and why? How would the fight work? Any special loot?
Dec 23rd 2010 11:26AM How about a small mail symbol (just like the one on the minimap) for each character on the character log-in screen if that character has unopened mail waiting for them. It would greatly reduce the hassle of logging in to every one of my alts to check if they have mail.
Dec 22nd 2010 11:02AM I love the voice of the Epoch Hunter (last boss in CoT: Escape from Durnholde). The way it's synthesized makes it sound sooo epic.

Sep 16th 2010 9:19AM Does mastery work like the old defense, where mutliple points of mastery "rating" provide smaller amounts of actual mastery? It seems like 2% per point of mastery for wild quiver would have you hitting 100% almost immediately
Aug 25th 2010 9:53AM New Toys?! I promise I won't break them this time!
